Ship roster is (at the moment):
Hammerhead, Manta, Bomber, Orca, Thresher, Bullhead, Mako
Nepthys, Bastet, Sehkmet, Hathor, Resheph, Geb, Osiris
Scyssa (VHF), Adad (bomber), Nammu (GB), Scorpion (GB), Irra (Cruiser).
There will be no Marduk (battleship) available. (Or will there?:P)
No, the Bottlenose will not be available.
Loadouts for the ships will be announced later. It also would be sort of tough for people to use the other sides equipment, as none of the sides in the combat can dock at each others bases. If there is a workaround that people are using, they will be considered cheating, and will be subject to being banned on the spot, with consequences for their actions on the main server as well. (Relaxed rules, not NO rules... The cheating rules still apply...)
