I place my weight behind Epyon's reasoning. The Sanction threads are intended to be used only by those that are actually involved in the sanction. Any complaints should be taken to a separate thread or to Private Message. Lord Hoodlum was fully within his rights and, indeed, required by his position to do exactly as he has.

Ok then, you may be right but which kind of thread and where you suggest? Something like "Discussion Of Hopeless Sanction" at the rules forum?

Well I had a discussion with him once where I felt that no matter how solid or plauseable my arguements were he would not even entertain the thought that he could be wrong, or even agree to dissagree as it was a grey area.

P.S. This will be my final post here, but a word to the wise... when a poll is put up and people are asked for their opinions it might be more fruitful not to constantly put down the minorities opinion at every turn as this can cause hurt or harsh feelings and even possibly lead to flaming. Everyone is entitled to their opinion even if you don't agree, but just because you don't agree doesn't mean you need to argue it either. Just my 12 cents (and yes I know it's supposed to be two cents, but hey I value my opinions a bit more then that, LOL j/k)

...I think labeling yourselves as a minority is a bit drastic, don't you think? If you have a grievance with Jes, by all means, list it or take it to Private, but I cannot help but believe that labeling yourselves as a minority is fairly well paramount to assembling battle lines.
Arthad, A thread in 24/7 Server might just be perfect for that. But please, remember to keep it calm and collected, yes?

Hey Dopamino! You've got a point but it would be good to other players also know that I'm against, not only the admin, as then they have the chance to agree with me or even disagree.
I accept the idea that they could even convince me I'm wrong thinking the sanction was abusive.

Apart from closing it and threatening us with sanctions just for posting our opinions in something which I consider a too extreme measure for a not-so-extreme rule breaking, he seemed to delete Jinx comment.
I was just there defending a player which I think was unfairly sanctioned.
I voted YES, but now I would vote for NO!
It became a debate about what punishments should be meted out and Hoodlum rightly made us stop.

Fellow Hoodlum DID NOT delete Jinx comment, and I'm sorry for accusing him of that (although I said that he SEEMED to delete Jinx comment and not that he REALLY deleted it, I know it took up you to understand I was accusing him to have deleted it). As I've already gave my 2 cents and complained about Fellow Hoodlum attitude (not by asking to stop the discussion but because of the forum sanction threats), I will maybe start a topic discussing about the 100 mil fine for Hopeless but will not talk anymore about Fellow Hoodlum because I've already said everything I had to say.

Sorry that I missed this thread, been a bit busy lately.
I voted "no" for more or less the same reasons that have been stated already. To add to those, I feel that Hoodlum is biased and opinionated, excessively so, towards his beliefs. I don't believe that this is the proper way to act as an admin.
