And yeah, there are pros and cons to free nomads. Technically, they are free use. Get yourself a morph, you're a nomad. The only thing that changes is the fact you can't PVPWhore with it. ONOEZ! =(((((
Also. 1v1, Jinkusu vs Marduk? Bull. Absolute bull. There is no way that you could manage that, not unless you're playing some junk on DoD, which has modified values, I might add.

i dont want any nomad ships for myself. i think they are not sooo powerful as some seems to think here and their design is just rubbish.

This idea is like communism. It is good, great in theory, however, in practice it fails, due to the fact that human nature would just bring it down to the level of PVPWhoring and zero-rpers who would go for nomad ships for sheer killing power.
There isn't much chance that it'd bring good action over Sirius. Mostly, you'd end up with everyone being frustrated cause of nomad bombers and gunboats flying in and destroying every ship that passes by. Not fun, not in the least.
