I think Some of the Pepole in bretonia Goverment can Cloak As Made in the Story Line 2 RM pilots Who save Junko,Sinclair,Trent went to a Battleship ( I dont remember the name) and surrenderd themself they also told them about the cloak in their ship so bretonia Goverment can have Cloaking devices

jessica, what you wrote was that i was writing. That is true and they even destroyed a cruiser.
But i also had a idea. What about a special device that can be fit on any ship but it needs a special fuel? I don't know if that is possible to make it were. Imagine that to cloak i need to instal a special upgrad and i have to carry some special fuel, very expensive one like 1000 per unit, and it burns at the rate of speed of 1 unit per second? this way you can't go around sirius cloaked because not only is too expensiva but you will run out of fuel. This would be perfect to exploration and escape or prepare ambushes. But also one thing ... it should take some time to uncloak and the bigger the ships ore time is need it, and during that time you can't fire on your enemy. That time should be enough for a same size ship to turn around and fire some heavy shots. This way we can avoid player A with his BS uncloak behind player B's BS and shoot it down before player B can have a chance.
Just an idea that i think that could be great if it is possible ... i don't know ... i don't understand computers ... just cars ...

This will be cool. Also, if we can build bases freely, does that mean we can destroy bases just as freely? I mean, eventually the place will be overcrowded with bases.

Cloaking seems interesting but how it will be balanced.
I had a few ideas, maybe if its on snubs it could be choice as a weapons, such as you can mount MR,CD or Cloaking device.
Or maybe choose between C.Device and Armor upgrade. Or just once you uncloaked that you have no shield for certain amount of time and energy is drained, so it isn't used as pvp advantage.
I'm sure dev team has think of something but I'm just throwing in ideas. Would this be available too all factions or just special ones who could use it such as Order/Keepers ?

Deapite being Order biased, I would say it should free for all with major balancing.
