I dont see the problems there.
1:Border worlds dosent mean OC or even Pirate for that matter.
2:<strike> I believe (please gently correct me if im wrong) there are civi factions that use them</strike>.(ok that was wrong but still they arnt Pirate and they arnt strictly lawful so what else can they be?)

No Sabre-line ships. Apart from that, it should be okay... Just try to use civilian ships that are neutral (Eagle line) and localised stuff like Taiidan and Stinger (GMG).

Yep, most of us are currently using the Eagle Taiidan and stinger. As for transports were mainly using the Adv. Train.

Update:
For role-play Samura could have specific stations for certain ships. Such as since we will be using the adv. train and other transports it would be required to dock your transport at Yokohama Shipyard. For banks and storage, these ships will be docked at Osaka Storage Facility. And for fighters or escorts, they will be stationed at Shinjuku station.
Now your probably thinking "what if they are in a rush because they got to do something in real life." Well the answer to this is...only dock at the correct station if your not in immediate attention to do something in RL. If you are not being rushed then you are to dock at the correct stations.
Now what do you guys think of this, for Role-Playing.

Well, I like the idea but, I as just contacted by Zoner Intellegence they say they have found my name on a recently Procured Harvestor KoS list, Probly because I worked for them some time ago, If the blasted machines follow through with this I may have to go back to them for protection.

hmm, Im thinking too much again but was wondering, Is the Albatross OK for a defense ship instead o the Talarca? It is nice and looks really good with the Stinger since they are coloured alike and have soe of the same lines.

Your making a pretty big jump from the Talaca to the Albatross. Your a trading faction, you don't need a ship that big for defence. Thats just my opinion.
