Honourable representative of the Confederation, respected administrator Wyrdmake,

The Freeport one no-fire zone has been rather busy during the last week. We have found several criminals trying to use it as protection from the Bretonian Law, probably uninformed of our treaties. As a side effect of that, a few weapon beams or shells fired from our ships might have hit the Freeport and we hope that none have caused significant damage, or God forbid, life loss. If our fears are true, we are willing to compensate for the prior and do our best to mitigate the latter.
We can not let those pirates use Freeport 1 as their hideout, let alone stage their attacks from it. I ask that the pirate ships' docking rights be removed. They are the following:

1) {PR}Stefan.Steinar (evidence: 1, 2);
2) {PR}Loki_Logistics (evidence: 1, 2).

I would also like to ask you to remind the captain of the ZNF-Guardian, a Nephilim class, that foreign capital ships have to receive permission from the Bretonian authorities to enter Bretonian space, and a certain Cpt.Trent (Zoner Waran) that the Bretonian authorities are, by the Freeport One Collective Security Agreement and the Betlehem Treaty, allowed to apprehend criminals and combat enemies inside the Freeport 1 no-fire zone, should the criminals and enemies refuse to leave the 10K sphere. I have received reports of the two ships firing upon Armed Forces ships because of their misinformation, but I am not in possession of hard evidence.

Dear Miss Wyrdmake,

I have received a report from a certain Commander Seeley French that a Corsair gunboat had used Freeport 1 to hide from the hand of the authority. It happened a couple of days ago. The name of the gunboat was CNS-"Red_Devil". The visual evidence will be provided as an attachment.
I would also like to report that there was a small fighter skirmish near the Freeport yesterday in which one of our fighters was involved, but since the pilot managed to lose his ship, we are still searching for the black box. The incapable self-proclaimed soldier has survived, if you were wondering.

Well, today we had several problems with the Core and the BDM, after ignoring several warnings to leave the NFZ from our side, we opened the fire on the Core vessel.
After some minutes a BDM vessel joined the fight against us.

After a tough fight, Tatsori finaly returns into her room. Nothing has changed since she left the Freeport 11. Her chair still was in the middle of the room, and walls was black as always. She sit down in the chair, openes her interface and tries to communicate with Confideration of Freeports.

My compliments, Confideration of Freeports High Command. My name is Tatsori Kongou, i'm an ex-commander of the Kusari Naval Battlecruiser. For now i'm a refugee which had a pleasure to own some appartement on Freeport 11. I was in group, which was protecting this Freeport against the Nomads threat few weeks ago. I always respect your laws and rules, but today I had a pleasure to protect them.
Me and several Zoner Carriers was forced to fight with The Core. They're violeted the Laws of CoF twice in time, if not more than twice. From this move, I recommend to restrict an access to the Freeport against The Core. They are not respect your laws and violates No-Fire Zone' rules everytime.
