Was it done on purpose? The thing when encountering Bretonian corporations KSP/KNF officer is obliged to follow some fixed procedure (cooperation -> kick him out; resistance -> pew pew) while a Junker can act as he wish?
Aren't they obliged to Deport them, Demand the cargo or destroy them? Yes, those KSP/KNF officer are given more freedom to act how they see fit, contrary with Bret coorps, and BAF pilots, because we are in state of war against them.
I'll ask someone to re-phrase it better, if you think it's too stupid how it looks right now.

Just to be clear, the systems of Kepler and Galileo belong to Liberty just as much as they belong to Kusari. I dont care what the Liberty laws say. Kusari will operate there in any way we see fit.

I dont see why not, I think the only people it will affect in a major way will be Indy traders with Bretonian ships and the IC and IND. They can just get over it, or use generic ships.
