I have been contacted by Captain Finn to provide the Deployment History of "Interdictor"-class Assault Battlecruiser commissioned in Liberty Navy as "LNS-Elbrus", as well as to confirm the transfer of command of the Naval Ship.
The Elbrus flew under my command on various sorties in and around New York System, and defended Liberty from Foreign enemies in Texas system.
After 3 years of service, on 06/11/821, i formally gave the command of the ship to Captain Finn.

John Oldman, after taking your evidence to the board to grant commissioning there were a number of points where the board said "No way". The Secondary Fleet are not permitted to fly foreign warships without the Fleet Admiral's permission and the highest ranking officer of the Military whose vessel you are flying. I am sorry I was not able to give you this information before, however we have never had a Secondary Fleet Captain asking for permission to fly such a vessel.
