The route to Harris is pretty dangerous, maybe at least since we're not personally guarding it like in the Planetform Era. The Gauls have made things difficult too, and we've all lost someone to them or the 'casts. We'll get you a uniform and a ship, see how you cope in the Nyx. A bit of bomber training and you'll be fully accepted into the Military.

Born on route to to the Sirius Sector during the great exodus from Crayter, I have lived in space pretty much the most of my life. After arriving in the Sirius Sector, my family started an independent hauling business, trading goods with Bretonian Corporations.
One time I decided to opt out of a menial trade run from Planet Borneo to Planet Leeds to drink with a group of my friends. The morning after I heard the news that the rest of my family where among the casualties during the first opening shots of the Gallic Invasion of Tau-23. The next couple of days following the invasion, I lost my home, many of my friends and my ship. With the few credits I had left, I've managed to buy a second hand ship and start my life over again as a freelancer.
Since then I've tried to wage an one man war against Gallia and her allies to avenge the death of my family but lack the training, fire power, tactics and the resources to beat them

Biography: As a young boy, I didn’t have many pals in school. But those I had, I deeply cherished. Now one would think that’s the most ideal environment right?
Things started going ugly when all my friends consisted of the social outcasts. I was friends with “the fat one”, the “too skinny” lad, “the horse-teeth” girl .. you get the idea. While kids usually left me alone, they loved to pick on my friends. At the time, all I did was watch, feeling the sting of injustice but doing nothing about it. Soon I realized that I had started to accept this behavior. That I’d started to ignore this issue and tolerate it. That’s when things started getting ugly.
I started standing up for my friends. Usually, I’d just help them get up when someone had shoved them. But then it grew more serious. I started getting confrontational. From shouting after the guy who just shoved my friend, to stepping between fights. A couple of time, I received thrashings I still cringe to think about.
One day, I took it too far. A kid was bullying the “horse-teeth” girl by pulling at her ponytail and claiming that horses should like it when their manes were petted. Fed-up, she got up and started moving towards the exit. Unfortunately for her, the boy got up and kicked her .. hard. She fell down and chipped one of her teeth and had a bloody lip. Before the boy knew what happened, I was on top of him. Somehow, I managed to get on top of him and I punched. I kept punching his face till I couldn’t recognize what it was that I was hitting. For one chipped teeth, I broke 7 of his. That action still haunts me. It was at that point that I lost my idea of justice and started acting on bloodthirsty revenge.
Since then I’ve learnt to temper my anger, hone my instincts. I’ve grown to act only when it’s necessary.
Relevant Experience: Escorting trade vessels, standing guard during mining operations, assisting BAF against military and pirate threats.
Your reasons for applying to the Military: So why do I wanna join you eh? That horse-teeth girl grew up to be one of the loveliest women I’ve ever laid my eyes upon. I fell head over heels for her and I started to suspect she had something for me too. Then one day a Gallic cruiser blew up her ship.
Yep .. it was just as abrupt as that. One day she was there, the next her molecules were spread throughout Tau-31. I never told her. And I will never know whether she loved me back. All because of this galactic bully we call the “Kingdom” of Gallia.
So there you have it.. my reason for joining. Both my parents died, due to natural causes, in their mid-life and I was their only child. So I have no family to care for. Now I’m here with a purpose. To bring justice to my “horse-teeth”. *blotches of water droplets can be seen bordering the paragraph* But know this: I won’t go too far. I won’t kill indiscriminately in the name of someone or something I know nothing of. I will hunt military targets, aye… I will protect innocents like I protected my childhood friends… but only as long as it’s needed.

Biography: Born to parents with little material wealth, nomads you could call them, Benjamin had to live off a small amount of money. (And no, these are not the squid nomads.) Their nomadic nature shows simply in his birth place. His mother started going into labor a few klicks off of the battleship, on their way to check out a distant scrap field halfway across Sirius. Luckily, they agreed to let the baby be born on their ship regardless of the security risk. During his childhood he spent most of his time collecting scrap with his father, although they weren't junkers. They did just about everything. Scrap collection, toxic waste disposal if they really needed money, and various odd jobs like artwork, sculptures and furniture.
His mother was the imaginative one, she did many of the paintings they sold to live on. That was about the steadiest income they had to their name. Scrap fields were dangerous to enter because of unlawfuls and junkers seeing them as poachers of sorts. His father did some of the more sketchy things they did for money. Securing toxic waste just to dump it somewhere else unsafely, his employers weren't any the wiser. He also stole when we were dangerously close to going under the red line, anything was better to him than going into debt.
Benjamin followed in both their footsteps, in a somewhat darker merging. He merges creativity and minor unlawful actions in a way that it's hard to catch him. For example, a luxury liner is set to pick up a shipment of food for their passengers. Benjamin beats them to it, slapping a time-release contaminant on it to be sure it goes off when in the cargo hold to set off alarms. He conveniently arrives on the scene to save the day from those nasty contaminants and boost as many valuables as he can in addition.
His line of morality is "50 Shades of Grey" you could say. He soon got tired of doing petty thievery to get by, even if he was really good at it. Tired of fighting constantly to maintain his lifestyle for 29 years. Maybe it was time for something different. He'd heard militaries gave the opportunity to see Sirius. He was a hard worker, there wasn't an issue with that. But House militaries seemed too.. boring. Too generic, like a glorified police officer.
Relevant Experience: Hard worker, no stranger to being alone in the fire. Lots of experience working through hardships and pressure.

Biography: Walter was born on Planet Volgodrad in the Omega-52 system. His father, a big follower of the communistic idea and captain of the Coalition Destroyer called Dimitri Sukav II , his mother, a politican in the gouvnerment. After entering his teen years, Walter began to see the over communistic behaivior of his father and starting to fear him. He once tried talking to his father about how the communistic System was no good. Shortly after this his father called the KSG to take his son to the prison. Reason; Traitor. Somehow Walter managed to escape from home and steal the fathers coalition Fighter "Partisan" and fleed to bretonia. He got the Basics for flying from watching his father commanding the Dimitri Sukav II. With no Food or Water Walter had a Balckout in his ship which was located already in the Dublin Systems. He was taken to a Hospital on new Hope east to get checked.
Walter grew up at a host family (As he arrived he changed his Name to Walter Wolf). His host father send him to the Military School for ground units. "Landing his personal ship Asgeir was greeted by a familliar dock worker and they had a small line of talk about, Asgeirs pimped out 'Nyx'.
The conversation drew to a close as the aging Pilot made his way to the shuttle to Camp New hope.
After the shuttle had landed it was a small walk to the recruiting centre. Greeted by a stern guard wich pointed into the direction of a 'number-dispensing machine'.

Not beign a particulairly busy day Asgeirs Number comes up rather quickly and he made way to the desk.

Biography: My name is Hadau Odial. I was born in the heart of Bretonian territory and was brought up to be patriotic, just like my father. He wanted me to follow in his footsteps and become the owner of a large corporation. He told me he was in the mining business, and the idea of a life like my father's sounded perfect. However, on my eighteenth birthday he took me to a system I'd never heard of in a small fighter ship. A couple of freighters flew by, and he shot them. I realised at this point that my father was a pirate, and his corporation was involved in crime and evil. I won't mention his name, but I will say that my name was not always Hadau Odial, and I've now dedicated my coming years to training up so I can destroy my father's twisted business.

Biography : I was born into an Middle Class Workers Family.My Life up to my 18th Birthday was filled With Learning
and dreaming of someday becoming a Navy Pilot.On my 18th Birthday my Parents gave me the Chance to get my first Ship.
After receiving my First Ship I hooked up with some of my Friends to make some Money with our newly earned Ships all of it was fine until we accepted one Mission from an ... Kind of lets say "Shady" Person.
Who contracted us to Escort an Transport back and forth between Manhattan and California Minor.Since it didnt sound too hard and the Cash was good we accepted and went to our Ship to meet up with the Transport.
Everything was quiet until we were about halfway to California Minor when an Squadron of Gallian Ships ( In the Middle of Liberty Space! ) disabled the Trade Lanes and gave us 2 Choices either to die fighting or to give us the Object.
Since we had an Contract we decided to try fighting them... We were basicly Massacred i managed to get into my Life Pod just in Time before my Ship exploded.After i flew trough Space for about 2 Hours an Planetform Pilot picked me up and transported me to California Minor.
When I arrived on Minor there were Rumors of Gallians having aquired some kind of Chemical Weapon.After the Rumours went on for a while People started recognizing me since they gave out the Names and Pictures of the Escort Pilots that escorted the Transport that carried said Chemical Weapon.
After some time the Police and Navy ( and it seems everyone else ) put the blame on us well ... me and my now dead Friends that is.
So long story short : I got hunted out of Liberty Space and with nowhere to go i decided to fly to the Systems that are far out to maybe find a new Life and maybe work as a Navy Pilot there.
Anyway i arrived at the Barrier Gate Station after some amount of Time and started to work there as an Mechanic since that was what i learned in School earlier in my Life.Someday i decided that i wanted to join the Navy and since there was no chance to return to Liberty i decided to try to join the Colonial Navy since they are mainly fighting Gallians.
And i think after all that Time flying Jobs in Liberty and here at Barrier Gate i aquired the Skills to be an Formidable Pilot.
Relevant Experience : I have multiple years of Training flying Escort Missions with an Eagle VHF and i learned much about Ships in general when i was a Mechanic

I have flown the Outcast Tridente Gunship

Probably every day for about 2-3 Hours maybe less maybe more
