After his dissapearence during the Bretonian-Gallic war, I wanted to step in his footsteps more than ever. Charles, unlike his brother, Martin, wasn't much of a fighting chap and has next to no combat experience. He studied hard in University on Manhattan and got a diploma in Business Administration and a few years later, began working with Universal Shipping and worked his way up to Vice President. He didn't remain in the position for long as he felt home sick being in Liberty and wants to return to the place he calls home. What Charles lacks in combat experience, he brings a wealth of commercial experience from his former employment.
