Note: a new event in New London is open. It is entirely the same as this one, except being in a different system.
This one is open as well though, but not at Sunday. It is open every day, except at Sunday. I have removed one rule though, so I wouldn't make this place more of a mess than it already is:
"Those who were killed in Dublin may join again, but with a different ship."
Don't worry, the new event has it implemented.
