as to your first part thats just it a faction was created which as far as ive seen in the past fortnight 1 person in it for the council cant say anything about seein the royals or marquis.
Here we have a bunch of aussies new zealanders that could have a viable story and have people Online all the time adding to role play.
You would also have more roleplay between them the baf an bpa
rp could go many places. so much for it to go this isnt adding a faction with no one in it this is adding a faction that has 10 players raring to go

look, heres what I got from your history. You're descendents of the original aussies, who hung around with the brets setting up their own cities and what not.
You'd still be a part of Bretonia! You've been under their influence for 800 years! Even the Mollies consider themselves Bretonian! (sort of)

The reason why, regardles of how 'raring' to go you are, there is little or no background or forethought into this. It seems y'all are just going to force your way in with a blunt meatcleaver. Hardly the most acceptable method when something needs finesse and forethought. I'd suggest you and your members get together and have a sincere discussion about -what the hell- you are actually doing. If you need some intellectual input from other 'ANZACs', I've twenty or so people here right now, although only half that are especially active.
By the by, my grandfather was an ANZAC. Fought in WWII. True story. I know from my experiences with some of the nutters my mother has made me spend time around in honour of them that even the name 'ANZAC' would be found as disrespectful as opposed to prideful by many.

it would not be very unplausible to think that the bretonians could come up with a division.
You never know maybe it was a thing out of honour an respect they gave all the aussies in their single city or place their own division. when you think about it baf could also get some funding out of it or better yet Anzac could run under its own funding steam.
