There's still no option for a corporate tax in the revised announcement. I'm sure there would be some interested parties who'd like to opt that.

I hope that there will be no such corporate tax, as we have the same situation as before:
Trader: "My company paid, so leave me alone."

That depends how you arrange the matter.
If say you can get a minimum of 1 month license for certain fee, I don't think it would be such a big hassle to maintain and make known to your troops. As it is they have to memorize now quite an amount of info. I don't think there are so many groups taking up the offer. Especially if you make it available only to official trading factions. I could be wrong of course.
