Nomads, Wild, and the Admin faction are still fully hostile on the PvP server. And as the new Nomad VHF is on a Wild base, you can't unless given permission from an admin.

If you ask Tony (BULLDOGNK) politely, he might grant you access to nomad bases. But only temporary.

Wait - I downloaded the beta the day it was released so I could test it. Do I need to download it again, or is the version being installed the very same one?

The new version if 4.84 Beta 4, and it was only released about 15 minutes ago. So I don't think it's the same one as you have now.:P
