Question.
Since there is no faction wide licence what happends in regards to factions that had purchased one before?
Does that faction get its funds returned or is the funds divided up based on the new licencing laws?

Dear Sir,
Each member of the faction must purchase a license for each ship or character they possess, but only if those characters/ships are mounting nomad equipment or will carry nomads through Bretonia.
If they have no intention on doing so, there is no need for a nomad license.

Dear Bretonian sirs,
Recently I have opened a company called Bulgarian-Arms. This is still to become official as the ship we are to use is in for repairs but, we are still wishing to buy a Nomad License as we have some Nomad weaponry on board.
Furthermore I would like to check if there is a license that needs to be bought so we could sell weapons inside of Bretonia.
Also I would like to make a proposal to the Bretonian Police, we supply them with guns or else things needed and They protect us from pirates. Please contact us when You can.

but i had to go to the bar for a while.
but he told me to get 5 mil creds so i could buy the lisence

I think that Bretonia and Liberty require seperate licences.
The Bretonian one only authorizes you to traverse Bretinia space. It will not permit you to enter Liberty space and vise versa. So, at this time to travel between Bretonia and Liberty you will need to pay a total of 7 million per character.
elgatodiablo - my point was that a faction that paid for the entire faction to be licenced basically wasted a lot of money for nothing based on Bretonia's current licenceing policies as the past licences are not being honored.

thank you for announcing your registration intent. Please contact any BPA constable in space in order to pay the registration fee of 2 million credits.
Currently, there is no required license in order to sell guns in Bretonia - feel free to start your little shop, sir.
Concerning your offer: a permanent contract between your company and the BPA must be acknowledged and negociated by our Superintendent, Sir Alan Lauderdale. Note that any civilian trader in Bretonian space is defended from pirates though - regardless of any contracts.

You'll find no Nomad equipment aboard any TAZ vessel that I'm aware of, gents.
As to carrying the buggers, it's a rather passe' sport; and since you've chosen to throw a spanner into the Faction License, I'll leave it to the individual members to contact your flatfoots for licensing.
