Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - Dab - 05-04-2011 There are a lot of Smuggler ID'd ships that go around trading Blood Diamonds, that's why I think it needs added.. Else there is no law we can use to get them to drop it. Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - SnakThree - 05-04-2011 Could you announce when laws are updated and exactly what was updated. Since during start of Okinawa crisis it was hard to follow new laws. Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - West - 05-04-2011 well, we will discuss this Dab, and later someone will answer here... I hope. Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - Prysin - 05-04-2011 Make some more laws for the farmer alliance. pl0x..... their a pain and they always get around KSP due to their way of piratin people.... Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - West - 05-04-2011 laws about farmers? haha Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - Prysin - 05-04-2011 yes, make it by law that farmers cannot obtain a pilot license pl0x Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - casero - 05-04-2011 Good point Prysin!! DEATH TO FARMERS! However, with the influence they have in the council of the rising sun (The council of people in charge of passing laws), it's doubtful that anything will be done to prevent Farmers from flying. Piracy is not allowed, to anyone, if the Farmers are committing piracy in front of a KSP or KNF, and those officers don't do anything to stop them, I suggest you to take screen shots, and make a complaint to the KNF High Command about it. We all know that Farmers and Hogosha do pirate in kusari, but the majority of them are smart enough to don't do it in front of authorities, some few indies who thought they were unpunishable did it, and they ended dead by KNF (there are at least 3 cases I remember). Unfourtanely, as I said above, both groups have weight in the council, and furthermore, they were never accussed with good evidence (except by Kempetei... heh) that they committed piracy. The KNF needs people reporting illegal movements from Farmers and Hogosha, but no one really does it. EDITED: I agree with Dab, putting that into the Legal Codex will show that we care about Rheinland's problems. EDITED TWICE: Yes, I agree with Dab, now shut up. Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - Echo 7-7 - 06-09-2012 Quote:--Items marked in YELLOW can not be transported by unaffiliated "Freelancer" vessels. What is the justification for this? Edit: Also, which joker listed Chugoku under 1-4, Kusari Zone of Influence? Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - Markus_Janus - 06-09-2012 Why would Chugoku not be listed under Zone of Influence? I don't see a problem with this as there are KNF NPC's patrolling there and the Kusari Government would be very interested in obtaining information and control in this system. There are plans in the works for complete control of this system and the eradication of Kusari political dissenters within. So yes an unfulfilled claim on this system makes a lot of sense from a Kusari point of view. Not going to get into the other part as all it really says is Freelancers can't carry these commodities, which is kind of a waste of a law in my opinion. But I guess someone will comment on that part soon. Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - Friday - 06-09-2012 From what I understand, the Freelancer ID could also act as a pirate, and is not accountable to any known lawful group (local or foreign). Of course, if the local mining factions such as Samura and Kishiro were to lobby to have that law changed - then maybe it would be. |
