Sir,
Let me clarify the posistion of this office on the destruction of low level recruits. Whilst they may be fully ID'd to a hostile nation they should only be attacked if they have directly fired on you or on a civilian and a guncam image of this is present. A warning should be issued reminding these pilots that they are in danger and a swift exit is recommended to them.
This is to try and convince these lads that, maybe, they have started on the wrong career choice and a turn to a more lawfull living is recomended.
I say again, these pilots should only be engaged if they have directly attacked you and proof is given.
I hope that clears that up.
