Circumstances: I was flying around New York when I happened upon a LPI officer facing an unlawfull mercenary dog and a hacker. He requested my assistance, and he got it. Then a Phantom fighter showed up. The hacker was ready to call it quits so I turned my attention on the phantom.
You see, I love to collect things, and I have never collected a Phantom before. Until today. The LPI officer Sprinks assisted me in this matter. Although the Phantom and I duelled, the phantom was about to run. said officer disrupted his cruise engine and delivered the final blow by chanve after I wore away 95% of the Phantom's ship. So you could say the officer had assisted me in downing the phantom.
