That internal rule was removed when Dave stepped down Mjolnir, how many different people have to tell you that?

(In regards to weapon restrictions)

Quote:Now I'm NOT a member of Aoi Iseijin (in response to a part of your statement) but I have seen your posts in for example the Reavers Feedback and I feel its the same argument being used there. Your main complaint isn't about some part of Role-Play or way of conduct but rather strictly on the equipment being used itself. I feel this is just some cheap attempt to dictate other players on what equipment they should be using so either you or an interested party can have an easier time in combat. I suggested and still am suggesting if this is the case, which to me it looks like given your posting history, that you should focus on training in combat rather than complain about what guns the enemy should/shouldn't use.

Yes, your observation is correct. You can see the similar thing in the LN feedback thread if you missed it.
Oh, and the RM thread contains some of my posts about bounties. Am I going offtopic here?
Right. As you can see, both Aoi Isejin and the Reavers are similar factions. They show up and they kill things. It's within their RP and I am fine with it.
If an Aoi Isejin comes down to me and shoots me without a word I'll be satisfied with it's roleplay.
Useless chatter doesn't count as roleplay for these factions.
However, the equipment they employ is a big part of their RP. It is you who sees this as a pvp aspect.
I would like to add that your posts about my training are also missing the point.
I never even fought neither the Reavers nor the Aoi Isejin. The Reavers are simply always on my side, I only have one character who could be attacked by them. And I'v only seen Aoi Isejin in bigger groups, so I stayed away from them, and didn't get bitten. I did scan a bit, though.
As I already stated, some members of this community could probably kill me in a gunless starflier. I do not have a problem with that.

Now, if I understand correctly, the Aoi Isejin can employ any Kusari equipment without caring about SRP's and the tech chart?
I did manage to find SRP for Wilde Eselin to use Odin with Wilde ID.
If the regular, Rheinland Wilde has to do such things, how come the Aoi Isejin doesn't?
Even if you had your own ID, wouldn't it be a carbon copy of Wilde ID for Rheinland?
And as you can see, Wilde are not allowed to fly Odins and Arbeiters without SRP either.

Yes, please stop.

No you won't. You'll come right back here and whine. And whine. And whine. It's what people do. It's what I do. And if you're under the impression that both of the stated factions blow things up without a word, then you need some applied physical therapy to the head for a jump start to your memory.

Quote:However, the equipment they employ is a big part of their RP. It is you who sees this as a pvp aspect.

No. It is Mjolnir who sees this is a PVP aspect. Sorry for adressing his concerns. We'll try better to ignore the people.

Then why are you here? what experience has brought you to our humble abode to look in on this ordeal? Please, explain to me what caught your eye?

A good quality. We need more people with this relaxed attitude. Would make Disco a nicer place.

As stated before, if you read my post, it's a public secret. It's just something that's generally accepted. No one has really brought it up until now. And as stated before, I'm yanking the Hunters out of the Omicrons. That's where the main troubles have been springing from. As for the Aoi beng able to use practicly any Kusari ship, it's just what it is. It has been that way since square one. And even through the changes, it still is what it is. Not only for the Hunters, but for the Providers and the Learners as well. If you want me to use EVERY SINGLE story and message dump and transmission for it, then prepare for a long day of reading.

Remember: The Wild ID never anticipated the Aoi. So when it comes to this, the only suitable thing is to get our own ID. And it'll essentially be The Wild(Aoi Iseijin edition)

In summation: Read my posts before you post. Circular argument only gets us SO far.

Partly as a reply to Kangaraptor:

' Wrote:The Isejin never agreed to limit the guns, from what Boss says Das Wilde never agreed to limits.

AoI agreed to limit guns, I have skype logs of conversation with Exile about it and less than a month ago Akura said this:

Quote:QUOTE(Akura @ Mar 15 2011, 04:42 PM) *

No more than two Nomad guns per ship, rest must be Faction 9s or Debs.

ZoI avoids all the houses cept Kusari, rules of engagement prevent pointless slaughter of just about anyone who isn't a threat to the Nomads.

You may not think it, but I do control my faction, Mr Lens.

Das Wilde was started on the premises that they won't use more than 50% nomad guns and it was in their faction status thread right until the "new" leadership finally managed to remove it and make a new post.

The old faction creation request with the criteria is still here:
http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?sh...c=13967&hl=

This is what wilde leadership had to say on the matter as late as in December:

I make sure those in my little department keep 4 nommie turrets on a scorp. Outside of the Das Wilde players though, my influence is severely limited.

Allow me to answer this as many non members of this faction are doing so.
The topic name is : Aoi Iseijin General Information and Feedback

People are asking for information. Don't behave so hostile if people are looking for explanation not attacking you.

Quote:As stated before, if you read my post, it's a public secret. It's just something that's generally accepted.

Generally accepted ? I think its more nobody bothered to look until people brought up this question. Can I have publicly secret katanas, nomad guns, order ships, wild ships and kusari destroyer as bretonian police officer ?

Public secret....lol man...you made my morning.

...............

And this entire conversation is just stupid.

Dont like it?

Oh well

Go look at Boss'd sig.

Do what his sig says.

I even linked it to his profile. Click here.

Im a major Order player, and do you see me Q_Q'n about this?

Akura raped,my Ossie with his Togo, but do you ser me Q_Q'n about it? No! I asked for a rematch!

Read Boss's sig and do what it says and stop Q_Q'n, because this is pathetic.

Not the Aoi but everyone else save Skyrim and whoever defended the Aoi.

I RP'd with them, and they were good. First time my Bastet went boom. Second, they peepewed an LSF.

And yes, Smokey, I am siding with you, even though I wish I could use Xeno-grade duct tape on you.

Let me clarify by major Order player.

Its what I mostly do.

Yeah, I wish I could rip off all movement capabilities of,Anne's,Karasu and barrage it with the Oathkeeper, but its RP for that want!

I dont Q_Q over the,fact NomNoms,ARE SUPPOSE TO BE UNFRIGGINBELIEVABLE.

Even if I do not agree with the wording, I agree very much with Primitive's concerns.

That "public secret" sounds very, very tricky.

I understand that you can use Katanas RP-wise. I know it makes sense.
But you just... Can't. Either you have a SRP, or you have a green/white cell.

"Public secret" justifying to have red cell tech... Why other factions couldn't have it as well ?

Was it stated that you could use all Kusari tech when the Admins granted you official status ?

I would be happy if you could answer me. Does that sound fair to you ?
Thanks.

That. Me and Chopper asked that twice. "Public secret" isn't a satisfying answer.

[color=#d155e3]The Remnants of Tekagi

[color=#d155e3][font=Eras Light ITC]Foundations

[font=Franklin Gothic Medium]Besides the Hanta-Iseijin, there is one other main group. The Hunters, or "Remnants of Tekagi". The Remnants of Tekagi are the infested soldiers of Tekagi still serving the Nomads. They are quick, deadly and show no remorse.

This group acts as a scapegoat, drawing the attention of the Blood Dragons, The Order and Kusari Naval Forces. This lays little to no suspition of infection on the Hanta-Iseijin.

[color=#d155e3]Zone of Influence

[font=Franklin Gothic Medium]Primary Zone of Influence: Kusari, Nomad Worlds

Secondary Zone of Influence: Taus, Omicrons, Sigmas, Omegas

[color=#d155e3]Taskgroups and Ranking

[font=Franklin Gothic Medium]Mandate of Heaven is a Nomad entity present within a Togo, and is the superior mindnode of the Hunter task group. The Mandate of Heaven is often found on the edges of occupied space, observing and learning from all that it meets. The Sahaquiel has been seen acting almost like a bodyguard.

Sahaquiel is a Nomad entity present within a Kagutsuchi, and is the minor mindnode of the Hunter task group. Wherever the Hunters are, the Sahaquiel is always close by, watching and dictating, acting almost like a server to organise the smaller ships.

The Hunters are the overt arm of the Aoi Iseijin, their tactics often include luring unsuspecting prey into improvised traps or slipping into battles and dispatching high value targets before either side knows what's happening. Hunters have been seen in a large variety of Kusari ships, ranging from criminals to armed forces, this only adds the confusion.

There is no ranking system within the Remnants of Tekagi, like the Nomads, these ships act as one, organised by larger ships known as mindnodes.
Most up-to-date roster can be found here.

[color=#d155e3]Technology and Ships Used

[font=Franklin Gothic Medium]The Remnants of Tekagi are found to use a variety of ships from within Kusari, usually Naval or Dragon ships, though often the infected keep ships or tech from their previous lives. These ships are known to be hybridised with Nomad Weaponary.

[color=#d155e3]Goals and Diplomacy

[font=Franklin Gothic Medium]The Remnants of Tekagi are much less subtle than the Hanta-Iseijin, their goals are simply to damage potential threats, and to strike out at groups by hitting their supply lines. These Hunter ships are found to be the most dangerous group by far, attacking targets when they are stunned or confused, masquerading as a variety of different ships. They are most often found in Kusari and the Nomad Worlds, attacking for retribution or to dispatch weak, defenceless targets.

As far as Diplomacy goes, the Remnants of Tekagi will attack almost anyone, going out of their way to hurt Zoners and the Order, who have shown increased agressiveness towards them.
The only group, save the Nomads, that the Remnants will not engage, is the Outcasts, whom are largely ignored unless provoked.
