I wasn't aware that I disregarded it. I think popping someone who you're talking to who is sitting still is insanely uncool and I'll merrily backhand anyone who does it.
Killing someone who's gone AFK is, eh. Kill a slot saver, free a slot. There's almost never a time where you can't dock before walking off to get a cup of tea.
Just to clarify:
I was more talking about someone going "Hey buddy let's chat for a second ohwaitdoublesnaclol".
Not "lol I ran home you can't do anything now because I out thrusted you and why is this respawn screen in the way". Kind of sitting still when you get shot.

Couple of things:
One would be just how loudly will you scream if I remake Chartreuse.Reaver? :P
And the other thing would be your relations with the Bounty Hunters Guild. I believe that you have collected some contracts against the Guild (taken some of the unlawful ones). Thus you are right in thinking that probably we won't ever be totally best friends. But what I'm wondering about is this - can we pro-actively defend ourselves against you, even without a specific bounty on you?
Say I'm sitting in New York. I see a Reaver ship come flying in, and I know that you are likely to attack me because of the unlawful bounty on me. What is your position on my pre-emptively saying something like, "You're not collecting on that bounty on me today, Reaver!" and starting the combat? It's not intended as PvP abuse - more along the lines of an actual 'war' where we're the combatants - sort of like us against the Order.

Chartreuse is based on a character which still exists. Ench made it and then left a few days later. Currently on the "fired" list. So, no, even if you were serious I would need to work that out with Ench prior to authorizing any changes. As part of general policy. I'm sure Velvet is still waiting for you though ^_^
I don't think a single member of the Reavers would ever, ever, submit a sanction report against a member of the BHG| who proactively engaged us. Because if they did they wouldn't be in the Reavers anymore and I'd do everything in my power to see it overturned. A courtesy which I'd be happy to see reciprocated if you're willing.
Though, as a rule, we don't shoot anything if we're not being paid. Imagine a room full of wildmen throwing bullets into some village untill the big boss shouts "THE CHECK BOUNCED". Suddenly, silence.

That's right - it was Velvet Puce... sorry, I got the names mixed up.
Although I think the lace curtains hanging in the cockpit of my ship were a nice touch.
I think, just as we get along nicely with the MM, that getting along ... not so nicely ... with the Reavers is fine with the BHG|. There shouldn't be any problems from us, either.

Also I'm sure if you went flying around in your Reaver Anki you would make a lot of mercs very happy. I might be behind the times but I think we're worth around 25+ million if you could collect everything?
Also I thought you guys were cool with the MM. Might be a misconception based on them having some of your tech permissions... Even though they suck we would kill for some Reaver lasers:D
