Yeah, that woulda helped. If unforseen complications hadnt occured (its that or the devs are lazy, which I dont think) then maybe we would have done more.
But I think, in my thoughts of poor leadership, was the SCRA debacle and Anon's Neon Genisis Evangelion anagram stuff, from what I have been told.

Mind you folks we had a proper Order| engagement yesterday
indies were kept under control it all went well.
As far as I'm concerned indies shouldn't fly caps since the order shouldn't own that many caps.
but that is already pointed out by many and I don't see it being fixed any time soon either.

No it's not the leadership, sometimes individuals are just lazy and they don't care when they are in a faction to put any effort into it.
The leaders as far as I can see are doing their best, sometimes there are just not enough people with the spare time to make it all happen.
