If the contract of this base being legitimate was breached in any way. BPA/BAF had the right to intervene. Maybe they should have warned you first yes. But they allowed you to have that base there, so they are allowed to deny that base too.

I'm sorry, but in the real world, you can't say something like that and when you get caught doing something related, say it was a joke or you never meant it. And this is beside the point. The base was allowed to be built in Manchester by the same people that destroyed that base. We do not have the players online with Caps available to sit and siege your base. So if you broke the contract. I feel the house had the right to terminate your base. But there should have been warning before it was done. Stop making players siege bases for weeks and feel like they have no life just to put an end to something that became problematic.

Also, If i didnt acted like my Terms gaved me I wouldnt have lost my base. Now summer didnt acted as he should have, there must be something wrong or? No Role play was made to complain at all
Only RP made was this, and it was made because we told Summer was was complaining to Admins it was made AFTER the destruction of the base. Which by the way was by law, totally licenced and legal.

Edit : If and only If (I'm saying if for a good reason) the base will be revived by the admins, It won't defend anymore gate all platforms will be taken back to base. And Maybe ill destroy 1-2 platforms to add cargo modules.

The base became problematic when it started to shoot on ships it shouldn't have. There is mention about three incidents at least, evidence about one of them. The problem seemed to be recurring and so the War Cabinet had to take action.
There is evidence of you admitting through skype that you did make the station shoot the transports purely out of amusement. Even without this, it is easily a borderline 5.2 violation. The only difference is that you indirectly assaulted said vessels, through the use of a PoB. Should you have done it without a PoB you would be already reported for violating said rule.
The War Cabinet had both inRP and ooRP reasons to remove the base, and while issuing a warning beforehand would have been appropriate, given the circumstances they would have risking you go rogue, deny all access to the station and continue with your trolling. Should that be the case, the removal of your base would need a week long constant assault on it by several capital vessels. Something the War Cabinet didn't want to risk.

If that will really be the case and the base would lose it's capabilities to abuse the location, in my opinion that could be a solution to favor all sides. But only if that really will be.

TL;DR:
This whole problem wouldn't of happened if bases didn't become fortresses of solitude.
We need the defense of Core 4 bass to be nerfed, or to remove upgrades completely and to let bases rely on an entirely new base method.
Perhaps depending on the core, that can equal the amount of hours the base has to be attacked for, for destruction.
E.g
Core X = X amount of hours base will need to be attacked for.

In reason of this thread I would request the following things :
- A sanction for SummerMcLovin for :
5.2 : No RP was made before the destruction it's same as im pirating a Transport is passing, i shoot him and rp after his destruction same he done here.
1.10 He was able to warn me before but he didnt done ,he was able to talk to me before that. i have now 1 year Long a base in Manchester, were there any Problems? No, He could talked to me before. I wont look like turning all into hostile. Thats just dumb.
1.9 In case of he's a moderator cannon defending him on Skype. As I first time telled Cannon my Problem the answer was 10x I don't care. He should respect the rp
- Revieving blackpool defense Annex, and cutting the platforms to the base itself and not to the gate anymore.
- Sanctioning Luke for ''Trolling'' with his base
5.2 he just killed a Transport as he wanted to and he knowed that this [C] passese the gate at this time and setted base to hostile this is unfair for the Transport (Sarcasm.)
