Kansas is cut off from all of the other systems. Humboldt was removed and the Kansas JH in Magellan now goes to Vespuci. How long before I can get my ships out?

Vespucci has been deguarded, with the western half of the system largely containing civilian Commonwealth NPCs. You should be able to fly through it without any issue.
Kansas' other jump links include Pennsylvania and Texas holes.

Edit: Also. I am actually surprised about some of these changes you made there. How come that factions can suddenly have jumps in population when other "minor" factions are restricted to senseless numbers..

Have you guys been chasing up the Mods and Devs for some of the requests? I had requests for CR| since I took over and they were not completed fully because a mistake on my behalf but also on the admins behalf so was informed to request it all over again which I have done... So just try chase it up, we all know and understand and should respect the admins who work to keep us running
