Reduce the Prices on Battleships - Baltar - 07-05-2009
Eppy ... you know well enough that the reason for the high price on battleships is because we'd end up with a server full of them if they were priced lower. Battleships should be rare sights ... NOT as common as a light fighter.
EDIT: An alternate way about this is to make battleships admin approved (or at least faction leader approved) vessels. You really should be a member of a faction to be permitted to fly such huge and costly machines. You should never ever find an indie battleship anywhere.

But anyway. To tell the truth, I have never seen a 100% lolcap in my life. At least, the ones that I've seen still say LOL, but they arn't completley crazy.
As in, they don't go to NY in a BH BS and shoot things...

Yes, dear, that is why the higher prices were instigated. As it turned out, it doesn't actually reduce the number of lolcaps that much. So, I want it lowered, possibly even to 4.83 levels (which were nice).
And I'm not even crazy enough to suggest that BSes become faction only. In-RP every player under the same ID is part of the same NPC faction - so, he's never really alone at all.
EDIT: Oh, I bought the personal Outcast Dreadnought and swapped out my Cap VIII from a different ship for it. No epiphany. Sorry.:)
