Thats a load of BS from Leo.
Unless Leo has access to the data from majkp's router and can backtrace the botnets used for the 2.58 GB/s data that was directed to majkp's router, and from the botnet infected computers can backtrace to the botnet controlling IP, there's not a boatload of human manure's chance in heaven he can do anything to that dude. Even if he is military trained, and working for the U.S. Airforce.
And IF he is working for the U.S. Airforce in any InfoSec capability, using any of the ressources availble to him in that capability to hunt down a scriptkiddie DDoS'ing a gameserver would mean a nice trip to Leavenworth and a dishonourable discharge PDQ.
