I am glad to see that we have restored shared communications on this matter. I will be sure to share this news with the Forces of Liberty here in short order.

As to business, there are a couple of matters to attend to. Foremost there's the following situation I had several days ago.

I had run in with an Outcast identified as Ayman near the Manhattan to Baltimore Shipyard lane. I offered him the opportunity to depart Liberty in peace, but he declined, and so we engaged in combat. I was able to damage his vessel, but ultimately he landed under fire at Rochester. We would appreciate it if this vessel would not find such haven in your docks again.

Additionally I have a report from the secondary fleet Captain Candy Savage regarding an apparent Outcast vessel identified as MNS-Arrosa seeking refuge at Rochester as well. We don't believe that anyone would be brazen enough to so name their vessel under the Maltese moniker unless they were actually aligned with said criminal empire. A copy of the report is attached below.

'Cuz we caught the 'Cast moorin' with Rochester. I'll upload ya the recordin', just lemme shut this down. Hope we finally get to blast that muddy flakin' trash can outta 'Hattan's orbit.
