You "activate" Jump Gates and holes(though as far as I am concerned I just roleplay the extremely complex mechanism of "flying through" a jumphole

I know that... but in game mechanics You DOCK at jump hole or gate...

Docked means you are in a docking bay. So unless you can "dock" inside a jumphole the answer will be no.

You cannot dock on jumphole in meaning of dock (action) - since You are comming throught, also You do not dock on jump gate - since You only enter there.
BUT... in game mechanics - You use commend/button/command "DOCK" to "dock" in JH or JG.
so in Game mechanics YOU DOCK at JH or JG... since inRP You enter/going throught JG or JH...
now get my point?

oh Youuuuu..... anyho, it keept my mind that "docked" at Kansas it could be also player who just quit the game - so he is no longer "active" so he could be shown as "docked" there.
He use his "cloack" so he "dock" in space...
