No game rule prohibits piracy in a capital ship and, after bringing this complaint of yours - it is one, regardless of your attempts to hold the moral high ground while twisting the facts and providing edited DSAce logs with zero other evidence to support your claims of rule infringement.
You are more than welcome to get off your high horse, and come back with a plausible case and actually constructive attitude instead of what you are demonstrating here and now, discrediting what little decency BMF has left whatsoever. Until then.

if your people are asking for too many cedits

5m for a barge full of Niobium(you need to pay 3m to get it full and after selling it you have a profit of 1.2m)

Hello there MFN Neuss/Helmut Schmid I will now respond to your feedback. Starting off with the first issue you brought back being piracy. IMG has lines enabling it to treat any competitors as ships as hostile targets essentially enabling us to /1 /2 a Daumann Barge in Tau-23

It is not my wish to sound condescending but as you can see IMG|GPV-Heavy.Duck was providing you with an out instead of blowing your ship up and calling for others to come and scoop up the ore. The fact is that you were unresponsive until a threat of violence appeared gave sufficient reasons for him to increase the demand. I am glad that you understand that being AFK is problematic but I digress. You have brought a Barge that is a very slow ship into a home system of your competitor with no escorts and informed him that you bought the Niobium from another competitor POB that being BiaCris a IDF pob supplied by GMS miners.
Additionally Independent Miners' Guild Stellar Regulations state that any other vessels and mining operations will be driven away, and their illegally-mined materials confiscated. Saying that it originates from such a Installation makes your ship a violator of said regulations.

The Heavy Duck was referring to your keeping quiet. Silence as absence of an answer usually gets interpreted as a no.
Or were you confused by the RO: prefix used by the IMG ship.
To finish this off I do not appreciate your continued pm-ing of IMG’s faction member. PM stands for private message unlike regular local /system messages a player has their right to tell you not to pm him especially if you were to use that tone. If you wished to discuss Heavy Ducks actions you can always post here on the feedback thread or use the Discord. IMG has its own and also has a thread on the Official faction showcase finally My own DMs are open for such complaints. I might not respond immediately as my employment demands my full attention for 5 day a week with my off days being Monday and Thursday (I weep for a Weekend as my off days).
Now I do hope this clears things up. If you wish to talk more about this situation, feel free to use the above-described methods.

2.5 - Terms used in IDs:
