I'm surprised that this is still going on after like 7 months. It was funny while it lasted, but I think we need to move on just so we don't confuse the new players.
P.S. All you people that got super annoyed by this, take it easy. I understand the problems that could occur from it... but I think some of you have breathed a little too much into this.

It is closed, and it gets laid to rest right here. I see any {OoRP} outside of Connecticut, they'll be inside Connecticut pretty darned quickly.
