The RP for the guys inside is tied up VERY closely and watched, not the other way around. They apply these restrictions to themselves, too. EDIT: I'm sorry, I can point to an incident where this has improved the general quality of RP. The Rheinland Military and the Kusari Naval Forces have both instigated bans on the purchase of the purchase of their capital ships (though KNF has a tougher time enforcing this with its popular Destroyer, due to their low activity). I have not seen a single Out of Roleplay Rheinland or Kusari Battleship in the last four months. How's that?
