A question al yakuza clan members have yakuza in their name, how do i get that do i buy a name change certificate and change my name, and another question do i have to buy the blood dragons id.

If you just create a new charictor then i will be able to suply that char with some state of the art equipment and the 5 mill bonus alot easyer. My bank is in NY so if you dont create a new char hen you must fly there, you can pick up a name change sertificut at Malta i think(im not shure) if not then i will buy you one on Manhatin.
