Richard Shaws, you have had enough time to update your affiliation to the Rheinwehr and the Polizei, which you didn't use appropriately. Your register is rejected.

Now, to all registered bounty hunters. Due to the lack of registered claims, the bounty board is becoming merely a useless bunch of paperwork for me and the rest of the bounty coordination staff. One of these kills, if I recall correctly was even rewarded on the spot by a Republican trader I rescued from a gunship. But, aside from that. I have found one of your High Priority targets, and managed to destroy his ship, by hitting one of his mines at the right time. It was risky, but it worked. I fear he would have destroyed me.

Unfortunately, my fighter suffered severe damages, and I have lost some of my weapons. Considering the very high priority of the target, I would like to have the permission to repair my ship at Battleship Karlsruhe, and replace two of my damaged Purple Goddess chain guns with two R7-n "Hornviper" Rheinland Tachyon Cannons (MKII, class 9).
If you grant me access to the weapons, I will naturally surrender my payment (10 Million credits according to the Bounty Board) to the Bundesrepublik Rheinland.
