That's what you mean.

For those who don't feel like clicking, it's a single core 3.73 GHz Intel Pentium 4 processor. Sh'yeah.
I thought there was some program to make a program use all the cores at once or something.

I mean, when I run a app, all 4 of my cores are being used by that application. INCLUDING flserver.

but I have a Q9450 Quad Core 2, so maybe programmed differently.

I'll make sure I was using all 4 cores on FLServer.

As far as i know - yes. Even an internet petition was singed by players about this.

Eh, internet petitions can be....faked, as in a whole bunch of fake people signing up on the petition, may be the reason why those won't work.
