Den of the damned - Sarawr!? - 11-23-2009 Djinn glared toward the man who had taken a seat next to her at the bar, taking note of the uniform, she sighed softly and went back to her drink, and back to watching the man who was watching her, smirking slightly as she looked in his direction, whispering to herself. "That's right, I see you..." She then averted her gaze and went back to staring at the bottom of her glass of Vodka. "Mmnh...really is good stuff they have here..." Den of the damned - lw'nafh - 11-23-2009 X speaks in a deep, scratchy but firm voice with a slight Bretonian undertone. Speaking loud enough for Djinn to hear. ".... And I can hear you." X laughs slightly, scanning more of the bar. Den of the damned - Shagohad - 11-23-2009 Annoyance. An emotion that he hated. An emotion....He hated emotions. He hated hate. Therefore there was conflict. Such parodies. He hated those, too. A glass of beer was placed before him. He smiled on the inside again, taking it and sipping elegantly. Chugging was uncouth. It was dirty. It was unnecessary. The walking metal cone looked at him. He saw it out of the corner of his eye. He heard her sigh. Do they think he's stupid? Deaf? Blind? Imbeciles, he shouted in his mind. If she looked at him again, he'd reply. He took another sip. And waited. Den of the damned - Sarawr!? - 11-23-2009 Djinn smirked in the direction of the cyborg and nodded to him. "Hah, nice to know, but it's not like I was exactly trying to hide either" She looked over to the incredibly uncomfortable looking Order operative sitting next to her, she then looked at his drink. "How can you drink that stuff? it tastes like what I imagine animal urine tastes like...You ought to try a real drink, like Vodka" She laughed softly and shrugged. "But I guess it's your choice, oh well." And with that, she downed the last of the Vodka that had been in her glass. Den of the damned - Shagohad - 11-23-2009 How dare she. That whore. That ugly whore. He turned slowly to look at her. His face serious. "Vodka. Is it the synthetic type from Omega-52 or the real substance?" His voice was emotionless, yet had a cold tinge to it. It was as if you had pennies in your mouth and they had just been in the fridge. "I guess I'll try some." He gestures to her drink, wordlessly asking for it. He waited. Den of the damned - lw'nafh - 11-23-2009 X sticks his head forward, the end of his snout just touching the light, listening closely to the conversation. Curious... Indeed, Commander. Let's wait and see what happens. He scratches his snout again, resting his arms on the table. Den of the damned - Sarawr!? - 11-23-2009 She turned again to the Order operative. "The hell is that look for? who put your b...What'd you, wake up on the floor this morning or something?" She sighed softly. "Oh you want some of mine?" She waves the empty glass at him. "And as far as I know, it's real Vodka...but you're going to have to ask the barmaid if you want any, as you can see, I'm all out." She waves the glass at him again. Den of the damned - Shagohad - 11-23-2009 Well. So that's how it was? Huh? Declaring war. If it's a war you want, it's a war you'll get. He calmly took the glass from her, studying what was left inside. Ignoring her, he tipped his head back and drank the few drops inside. As he finished, he handed it back to her with the same expressionless look. "You were right. It's better." He turned back to sipping his own beer. He waited. Den of the damned - lw'nafh - 11-23-2009 X doesn't comment, watching the agent drink the last few drops from the bottle, tilting his head curiously. Den of the damned - Sarawr!? - 11-23-2009 "Huh, well that's fine if you'd still rather drink that stuff, I won't stop you...heh" She nodded in the direction of the barmaid, who nodded and then brought her a bottle of the same Vodka she had just been drinking. "Ah, there we are, Thanks.." She shot the barmaid a look that said "Okay you can leave now." and the barmaid did just that. She then began to pour herself another glass of Vodka, turning to the Order agent. "You go ahead and keep drinking that stuff, I'll sit here and enjoy my Vodka" |
