secondly, if you want any other interaction than shooting, just stop when you see a message containing stop/halt/cut your engines/etc and your name in it. its hard to scan your cargo and make a demand if someone is 3k away from you and you need to dodge mines and asteroids. also - let me ask you: do you stop when a military/police character tells you to? you do. and after that you can roleplay with him.

if you DONT stop when i ask you to, i tend to shoot you more after i catch you. if you dont TALK when i stop you, i dont have a reason to try to rp with you, do i?
