Nobody forces the LPI players to kill anyone, except for the criminals who resist them. Many times, even on my NAVY character, I've offered enemies the chance to surrender themselves inRP, very very very few people, accept such offers though.
It should be noted however, there will be instances where the Navy or LPI come in to eliminate hostiles and they aren't interested in taking prisoners, that too, is also sensible, justifiable and reasonable, from an RP perspective.
You can't say that they never try to take prisoners though, because they do try, and they're quite often refused, because people would rather have themselves a shootout instead.
And for the record, there is such a jail that the LPI has used in the past when criminals surrender, it's called Sugarland Prison and it's in the Texas system next to the Hudson Lane.
Anyway, this is really starting to look like another trial by forum, stop slinging crap at one another, please.

My suggestion is that you can only enter in Liberty space only if you have reason to do that.
One could be if BGH core have contract with some one to kill dangers pirate who own large ship like cruiser or BS.
Other one if IMG is doing escort let`s say with 3x large cargo ships in team he can do it in Liberty space.
It`s not like all IMG and BHG core will enter with her big ships at same time.
I feel that is right for RP.

RP isn't determined by being an outsider though, if you want to have an effect on the laws of a House inRP, then you should get yourself involved by RPing with the members of the official government of that House.
Server Rules and inRP House Laws are not the same thing, and so long as nobody tries to make a House Law that stands in violation of Server Rules, the admin team won't be getting involved to make changes.

First off, since you're apparently not reading or paying attention to what anyone else says, allow me to repeat myself AGAIN. And hopefully, the admins will pardon me for using the admin colors for this one time.
BHG Caps are forbidden from being in house space because the server admins don't want them there. This was agreed in the past due to abuse of BHG Cap ships by certain factions and players, and is now part of the official role play of the Bounty Hunters Guild and the Core - the official factions.
What you feel is irrelevant. What is stated above regarding BHG caps is the official faction policy and it is written into the ID's that way. Deal with it.
As for an IMG Cap ship - I'll TRY to explain this to you again. In plain language, you will not be breaking any server rule if you bring an IMG battleship into Liberty space. However - as many people have ALSO stated, and you continue to ignore, this is a role-play server. So therefore if you want to play in Liberty, you're subject to the Laws of Liberty. Read them. Especially THIS section:
Quote:IV. Foreign Warships.
No warships except those in service within the ranks of the Liberty forces are permitted within the house of Liberty. Warships are classed as any ship of destroyer, cruiser, or larger. This includes the Corvo Cruiser, a ship famous for its research and reconnaissance capabilities.
However, permission can be obtained from the ranking officer on duty present for warships of these classes to enter Liberty space. Where possible, these ships will be given an armed escort during their trip through Liberty space. Some reasons for this permission being given may be:
Diplomatic talks with the government of Liberty or a corporation based within Liberty.
The warship in question needing urgent repairs or resupply.
Flight through Liberty to avoid a warzone.
If a ranking officer is not present, entrance into the house of Liberty is denied. Warships found within the house of Liberty without prior permission will be, depending on the conditions, escorted out of the house of Liberty or boarded and diverted to moor on Norfolk shipyard in New York. Any resistance will result in the warship being destroyed.
Permission can only be granted by a member of the Primary Fleets.
Permanent clearance for foreign warships to operate in the house of Liberty is not available.
Are there server rule consequences for you bringing that IMG battleship into New York? Nope. Does that mean that the LPI and LN won't blow your ship up if you don't ask them nicely in advance? Nope - they'll vaporize your butt, and it's perfectly acceptable.

If you put on this forum suggestion they tell you that you don`t know how you play game and don`t know anything. Can you tell child that he don`t know how to play game well I can say its funny.
Any of you never played with me so basicly on what fact you tell that i don`t know how to play?
One thing is if you don`t like suggestion and other thing like you act like I write there something horrible that will ruin this server.
I know my english is not that good but ad list i can comment better then most of you and that makes me troll who trolling text? No don`t think so.
