Another One Bites the Dust

Greetings,

Today, while conversing with Commodore Edwards of the Liberty Navy Fifth Fleet, I learned of an active conflict between the Core and the House of Liberty. Something about the Core thinking that Omicron Nu belongs to them, I believe. While we discussed the latest happenings in and around Liberty space, we were approached by a rather suspicious pilot who initially refused to identify himself. Some back and forth ensued, and he eventually claimed to be an LSF agent. Various claims of terrorism were thrown about, as expected. More arguing, so on and so forth, then this "LSF Agent" started talking like a Nomad and opened fire on me. Unlucky for him, I still remember how to outmaneuver most Guardian pilots. The individual who I now have no doubt is in fact infected was dispatched with very little damage sustained to my ship. Evidence of infection and the purge thereof is attached below.

That'll be all.

A gift from the Coalition

Greetings, all.

I've just had a message forwarded to me from one of the lieutenants under my command; Lt. Eric Landry.

Lt Landry was in command of Recon-71 and received a short notice request to meet a Coalition asset in Omicron Mu. After having made contact with the Captain Anastasia Kerensky of the CPW-Lusankya, Cpt Kerensky handed over some fairly ordinary items alongside a Nomad Power Cell. Lt Landry followed the protocol for handling items of alien origin and isolated it in the hold of the ship. The Coalition Captain also mentioned that Rheinland has moved some heavy assets into the Omega-48 system and that they have been seen using a Core base for resupply and repairing. Recon-71 is currently en route to Damascus Research Station to offload the Nomad Power Cell to the relevant science teams.

Once Lt Landry has handed over the power cell, I will be ordering him to send Recon-71 into Omega-48 to observe this reported Rheinland presence, particularly focusing on their relationship with the Core in that system.

Situation with planet Moros

Good day, agents, operatives, and Command. Commodore Storgen arrived once again with the news chain for you all.

Recently our external radars and thermal detectors finally finished a complete scan of the planet Moros in the Omicron Lost system. Let me remind you, planet Moros was considered a planet with a high risk of getting explored or human-settled. It's all because hibernating Nomads have been inhabiting underground cavern tunnels, making so-called large hive. But a few ago we have been reported thermal activity on the planet disappeared and, to make sure results are correct, Battleship Nekhbet and the search team have been moved to the Omicron Lost. Cameras didn't lie - Nomads really disappeared from the planet and now Moros is uninhabited. However, once the search team returned to the Nekhbet, we have been attacked by united Nomad and Auxesian ships. There were also some gallic ships in cooperation with Nomads, fully equipped with hybrid weaponry, but I'll return to Gallic infected units later. As the result, Nekhbet received major damage, and currently, the battleship is on extensive overhaul and part of its escort ships have been destroyed. The real question is what do we do with the planet before any other group like The Core or House researchers, intelligence would come and set their flag?

Unknown ships on the field

Now to the more important thread.
For the majority of the past year, The Order had been actively hunting Nomads and gallic infectees within the Gallic Union and outside, but it seems they raise heads once again.
Almost a year ago commander Leo Serre shared with us some information about La Division Vipere - one of Gallic Royal Naval groups that had been ambushed and totally wiped out or captured by Nomads. In the end, we've found an abandoned and damaged battlecruiser Grenoble in the Omicron Lost with traces of Nomad activity inside several months later. For now, we can't decide its destiny, but battlecruiser remains have been saved at the Carthage drydock.
Since the August, Order agents and myself have been noticing strange Gallic ships activity all around Sirius sector. First, commander Serre witnessed Mirande-[Fae in the Hudson system. I've seen Gallic battlecruiser with the same signature in the Omicron Delta later. We also know from the same person, La Division Vipere ex-leader is still alive and, likely infected. Later we see a gallic fighter who participated in action against Nekhbet together with nomads and Auxo people.
Squadron Charlie reported about another infected vessel Shrine.of.Radiance-[Fae in the Coronado system, but it was disabled and, probably eliminated by bretonian ships there. You can see details in the attachments.
Besides, Armed Forces mentioned another strange Gallic ship in the Coronado, but unfortunately, we don't know its fate.

I immediately order to move bomber assets to the House space in case of further Gallic ships appearance there. We must do everything possible to protect mankind from the Nomad menace.

With regards,

Commodore William Storgen

New mission

Good day,

Lieutenant John Graham of The Order Overwatch reporting in. I've set up a channel to discuss future deliviers of shipments to the Xeno Alliance due to both their need to continue their task and to ensure closer cooperation between the organizations. It can be found here and accessed by any Order operatives, at any given time.

On this matter, we've also succesfully delivered 12,670 units of Kemwer Munitions to Fort Ramsey and returned back with 3 shipments worth of Counterfeit Software to Planet Akabat in Mu, for use in research.

That is all for now, Graham over and out.

Regards,
Lieutenant John Graham

New movements in Liberty

Greetings, Commandant Maia is reporting from routine recon flight with recon fighter designated as Order|Sky.Eye. I have departed from Battleship Atum in Galileo and I have taken my flight through Colorado, New York, Colorado, Kepler to home base in Galileo again. I must say, that Xenos safehouse on Pittsburgh is more than handy for emergency battery replenishment as Rochester Base or Buffalo Base tend to be too hot for my comfort.

There were two major findings during my routine patrol. Firstly - there have been movements in Liberty capital assets as LPI owned battleship LNS Rio Grande is stationed above Planet Gunnison. This might be a good news for our agents in Colorado as LPI are nowhere as professional as Liberty Navy.
Carrier LNS Ohio, the former occupant of Planet Gunnison's orbit, has been detected near West Point Academy. I was not able to hang around for too long as secondary emissions from my cloaking device alerted West Point Academy garrison and they have been scrambling interceptors to investigate. Battleship LNS Missouri is still tasked with protecting Norfolk Shipyard as we have seen previously. Combined assets of LNS Missouri and LNS Ohio will probably make New York impenetrable fortress for our heavier assets in the near future.

Secondly, there has been a large gathering of various Liberty vessels at the Manhattan's defense grid. I was thinking that they were just hanging around at first, but it turned out that they have been gathering forces for their jump to unknown destination. I have paid an extra attention to my sensors and did a second circle through New York and later Colorado systems on my way back, they haven't been detected since then.
Capital vessels included - LNS Akhetaten from 5th fleet, LNS Shenandoah from 1st fleet, LNS Tomahawk from 46th fleet and LNS Liberation from secondary fleet.

Thirdly, I have detected a curious looking researcher flying under the callsign as Ridge, who was carrying adapted nomad technology on his vessel. What is even more curious, that authorities were not bothered by his presence. I suggest keeping an eye on him, as his fascination with alien based technology is more than obvious.

All footage in included at the end of my report. I have not been successfully intercepted or engaged in dogfight.

Damask

Hail the Order Overwatch,

I haven't sent a transmission message for Central Communications in a while, and I believe it's the right time to redeem my honour back. This way, I desire to inform our Agents of the ongoing developments considering the Damascus Research Station[1], including my superiors, about the progress done so far. Before resuming my further ambitions in the Science Division, it's my duty, nonetheless, to continuously develop the station and ultimately establish a proper foundation that should help the Order, and potentially our allies, in building a large variety of innovative equipment. Considering that our resources and workforce are limited, our work might encourage some agents to join our scientific inquiries and engineering. That'd be all I've had to say to my fellow colleagues. Now, it's about time to reveal what we've done so far since the previous upgrade and what we need to improve. As you may see, Damask is my primary concern for the time being. Since the beginning, it's been a complicated process, and I anticipate it to continue being as such. We've surpassed many issues that fortunately didn't significantly influence our scientific work.
  • Defensive Shield - We've developed a sturdy protective apparatus that surrounds the station itself in the shape of a triangle from different sides. This way, intruders will find it difficult to find loopholes in the defensive triangle itself, meaning more efficient defence. The so-called protective apparatus consists of Weapon Platforms Type ALPHA-4 and IOTA-2B. In contrast, these platforms connect to Damascus' defensive control panel, from which the person in charge may control the turrets. However, this process can be automated. Meaning, we've developed a standard AI that strictly identifies hostile and friendly patterns and so, aims the turrets as instructed so. ALPHA-4 Platform is an anti-warship barrier that launches heated plasma high-concentration particles that disperse through space the more distant they travel and can deeply damage any warship from the size of a gunboat. IOTA-2B is an anti-snubcraft barrier that generates highly dense, powerful laser beams that build up speed in a matter of milliseconds. Ammunitions made by the Order supply these platforms. However, the last line of defence is the shield powered up by H-Fuel, which buys time for the weapon platforms to further defend the base as seen fit, hence, allow the evacuation.

  • Modules - Agents accompanied by engineers assisted us in constructing several crucial modules since the end of the most recent upgrade. We consider them essential due to the necessity to possess adequate special equipment that shall be used in opposition to enemies like the Nomads, that have exceptional technology that can be a definite threat. These modules include Stealth Factory, Anti-Stealth Factory and Hyperspace Factory. These modules provide the Order of ability to assemble and competently use such engineering to their full benefit; that's something we're known for. Such facilities require various Nomad materials, and specifically, Nomad remains that can be gotten from warfare and demolition of their kind. From some of the Order's raids, we've been focused on concentrating as many as possible on the station itself. Besides the alien materials, our logistics delivered many thousands of general components such as Robotic Hardware, Industrial Hardware, Hullsegments, Plasmonic materials and similar.

  • Arrangments - Any success requires some planning. Despite our efforts in the construction of the base, we faced several difficulties. Most notably, the problem of failing to establish gravity upon the entire base, gathering various resources and protecting the station from the local star-flares/storms that often charge towards the station. However, we overcame these obstacles, and there is sufficient space to develop the base further. In order to perform this, we require fresh blueprints that I'm capable of designing. These diagrams would essentially expand the accessible modules, additional cargo space and increase present capacity for new teams and guests. We'll require substantial support from the logistics and engineers for such a project, which I believe we slightly lack.

  • Assistance - As for the required supplies and support, we'd need to intensify the logistics and ask more scientists for guidance, that is, if necessary. At present, my engineers are working on improving the latest blueprints for the modules. Cargo and crew capacity should be our next objective. Thereby, I'd like to invite any scientists that may be interested in contacting the Damask Station for further instructions directly. In the meantime, we have the necessary logistics to daily supply the base with necessary supplies in terms of life-support, expansion and up-keep of the components. Note: Any agents that requires specialised equipment, may ask for such at the special equipment acquisition application centre[2].

Scientific Report

I'm attaching a Scientific Report alongside the Damask transmission. This report was made according to the changes in Zeta, various discoveries and what can be beneficial for Damask. As I've managed to equip myself with a "Corvo" research vessel, it's allowed me to investigate further certain matters that I wouldn't be able to analyze otherwise, granting me some safety on my own, alongside dozens of crew onboard the vessel. Humbly to say, some of the investigations I deem valuable for the newer modules. Well, any knowledge can really benefit us in many ways. I must say, it wasn't an easy assignment. I've somehow investigated potential resources we might be interested in, information that could be very-much-so useful for the Research base, and certain natural phenomena. Any agents may of course use these for further investigation.
  • Scientific Datapacks - Over the past few weeks, I've collected quite a lot of information with my Research ship, mainly from studying the unusual anomalies in O-Lost. It's a dark, very isolated system, that can put fear into anyone's bones. I've never seen anything like it, and I must say, it's somewhat intriguing. Past surveys have shown there could be unusual rock formations on the eastside of the system in the so-called Lachesis asteroid belt. After hours of hesitation, I agreed to investigate them. Whatsoever, many infuriating thoughts were rambling in my mind concerning likely Nomad presence, but I pushed myself to neglect them. I'm no fighter, and I require escorts most of the time. Well, upon reaching that specific asteroid belt, I found nothing but silence and isolation, covering many stories with it. To my surprise, I found several fascinating anomalies in space that were pulsing at intense speeds, as they kept casting more energy by each second. They were, simply put, magnificent. Scans unveiled their characteristics and inherent answers regarding their unique power. Yet, radiation kept on penetrating through the shields of my vessel, thus, I couldn't gamble it any further. Nevertheless, I got away with something. Something I must examine and implement.

  • Alien Organisms - During my investigation in O-Zeta for something interesting, I've discovered some sort of a field containing alien organisms. I'm unsure why I haven't known about it before, but it seems somewhat new, at least on my navmap. To my shock, I identified what appeared to be a rather old Zoner Ship, located in the mere centre of the debris, but I'm unsure which generation is the word about. However, the survey has shown that the ship itself was in a pretty bad, unrepairable shape. It appears that its biodomes suffered heavy damage due to, I assume, space radiation, debris and et cetera. They seem to have leaked some sort of alien organisms, which I believe is the most exciting matter, if I may call it so. Simply put, I enjoy the mysteries it's hiding. I do not have an appropriate explanation of why the ship is where it is, nor how it suffered such damage. Its outer hull is wholly stripped, from one end to the other, as many compartments of the Colony ship seem loose, begging mercy of the Zeta's Star. Nonetheless, it was caught by the Star's gravitational pull, being somewhat stable in its orbit. Perhaps, this could be a neat reason to investigate this matter further. I've collected some samples of the ship itself and these mysterious organisms. I'll try to contain them for as long as possible.

  • Corvo Apparatus - I've recently acquired a "Corvo" class Research Ship that should greatly help me in my scientific research. I deem it a fine addition to Damask's well-equipped ships. Fortunately for me, I had a spare Stealth device that I constructed a while ago, and it should grant me some sort of protection alongside more space for research. I gathered some crew to help me handle the ship itself, and it's no joke.

  • Damask - Scientific Datapacks, alongside samples of the Alien Organisms, have been recently delivered to Damascus. However, it's fairly difficult to contain the organisms, even in a safe, well-protected laboratory. We must adjust the environment in the enclosures accordingly, to prolong their lifetime sufficiently enough to analyze them. As for the Datapacks, they're kept safe in my personal database and will be sent to my scientists for further examination. Perhaps, they could be determined valid to construct experimental weapons, modules and much more equipment. For the time being, we're making sure we can conduct research in fair conditions. I anticipate many more projects, not only from this but from many earlier studies.

"Free Republic"

As I was carrying supplies for Damask, relatively nearby to Akabat, I've recognized a Xeno armoured transport (Bison-class transport) FRS Blezard Valley transporting Kemwer Munitions, according to some sort of an arrangement that I was unaware of. Anyway, that was none of my concern. My curiosity drove me to ask some questions. We don't see many Liberty organizations in Omicrons, other than the belligerent government approach to Nu. Let alone Xenos. I had no alternative apart from accompanying our friend. It was heading towards Ontario, somewhere. I assume that's where they'll deliver the munitions. Apart from the Kemwer, our little conversation was slightly unusual. I've learned that we have some similarities, mainly concerning the struggle. But, our motives are entirely different. Well, frankly, I didn't think otherwise. I let them know of Damask, a place where they can obtain any equipment they need. Afterwards, we went on our own paths. Perhaps, both of us may see some use in this. That'd be everything relevant regarding the communication.

Conclusion & Arrangements

Science Division is intensifying its progress regarding our Research station, and as such, we wish to upgrade the station further. Thereby, we'd allow ourselves to construct additional modules alongside additional space for cargo necessities and overall room within the station itself. Brand-new blueprints are imperative before proceeding further. However, we'll use our liberty as best as we can. I anticipate guidance on the logistics. Any agent willing to construct advanced equipment may request so. Lieutenant Dr. Chandler is signing out.

Sincerely,
Lt. Dr. Raphael Chandler

Unidentified contact with an anomaly

Today, Agent Dark Warrior, agent Goldman and Starfire started simple patrol after contact with unidentified transport "Transpain". I have decided to look through Omicron Minor space, until agent Starfire told us about the unidentified anomaly, near the Derelict ruins of the Zoner colony ship. Then, I changed course to this place, as a helping hand to agent Starfire. When I reached this destination, I saw a destroyed zoner colony ship, and near it an unknown nomadic-like anomaly.

The first thing that we did, we had tried to attack this anomaly, without result. So, then it started establishing contact with us. Agent Starfire told me that he met this anomaly many years ago, so it confused me. After this, the anomaly dropped unknown particles, and these particles transformed into nomad battle vessels, which tried to kill us with an unknown laser beam like it has technologies for the anti-shield gun. Meanwhile brave corsairs helped us in fight against this nomads. Agent Starfire and Agent Goldman were put out of action by this thing. A few seconds and nomads disappeared so anomaly started to establish mental contact with me. I'm not infected, and I'd like to undergo medical inspection, but this crazy object showed me an old event when Toledo was destroyed. During the evacuation, most transports contained people, but the last one contained artefacts, so I guess this "Entity" is a nomadic artefact. After this talk, Battleship Nekhbet came to me, and then this anomaly got triggered on many contacts and summoned nomad capital ships, a few cruisers and battleship, which we had wrecked.

Dear Overwatch, I'm looking for a medical inspection, after this contact with the anomaly, I guess something went wrong with my mind

<Aux and Nomad encounter>

<I got an urgent message from Colonel Sphinx that she needed a cruise disruptor to help with an Aux individual she was attempting to find. I responded and finally caught up with her in Omicron Lost where she caught up with the Aux person. After some time we got weary of listening to the Aux's madness and proceeded to remove it. She focused on shooting it while i focused on cding it on her orders. After we successfully disabled the Aux vessel we proceeded to sector 6-Delta in Lost to scout it out and on the way ran into a nomad Fighter. We pulled the same tactic we did with the Aux and drove the nomad off. We continued to 6-Delta and after finding nothing of interest, we made our way back to the Omicron Delta jump hole. upon arriving we found 4 nomad fighters guarding it. We disposed of them and Col. Sphinx mentioned that the fighters we enountered were and older design. I wondered if it was spawned by the entity myself and other agents encountered earlier. We shrugged it off and jumped to Delta. Then we proceeded to the Zeta hole. Col. Sphinx asked if i was new to which i replied i had joined the previous day. She gave good advice on how to stay safe out here and how trust was earned to which i agreed. we jumped to Zeta and made our way to Cairo Station. Col. Sphinx had some unfinished business there and we parted ways. >

Minor's Installation.

Good day, honourable overwatch, this is Agent Dark Warrior, Commander Vansky.

Yesterday me, agent Goldman and battleship Nekhbet met unknown transport with callsign "Transpainish" in Omicron Mu. We stopped him and asked who is he and what did he do in Silver level clearance systems. We hadn't received the normal answer, but scanners informed us, that this transport is the pirate one, belonging to Freelancer, cargo space was empty. We asked about purposes being in Omicron Mu, and we received the answer that this pilot has delivered supply to the unknown station, in an unknown system. The trace from this transport lead us to Omicron Minor system, but the transport captain met to Akabat, and then we decided to check up Minor system, but we were unsucceed.

Today when I started patrol, I detected this transport in Omicron Mu, moving towards Omicron Minor. I activated my cloaking device and followed "Transpainish". Firstly we reached Tarancon base location, then, Transpainish docked. After a few minutes of being in Tarancon docks, he moved to Omicron Zeta, Kadesh Orbital Station. I came back to Cairo Station. When I refilled my cloaking bats in the device, I undocked and came back to Omicron Minor, and continued patrolling around. I met this transport again, and then I chased this ship to base, which this captain told me about. This is a little installation with three docks, located between Omicron Nu and Omicron Zeta jump holes, under the system for 30K. Name of this installation in the database "Chipironia". During my investigation, I understood, that this base is regularly being supplied by this transport. I don't know why somebody built this base, but it is quite weird. Supplying this base hard enough due to nomadic activity. We need to establish contact with the owner of this base because the base refused me permissions to dock.

That's all.
