If you are really new to discovery, welcome, try read the lead up to the events which caused most of the Omicron hostile to be ZA before judging its book by its cover. All i can briefly say is that basically ZA inRP actions have its own consequences, and the result of that is what you see right now.
If you are one of the countless alts made by ZA, please go back to your actual account.

they were given about 4-5 chances (if im counting right)
2-3 from the order
2-3 from phoenix
1 from the TAZ
2-3 from the corsairs
4-5 from the AI's
and about 5-6 from several indies

I also witnessed the ZA neph firing unprovoked on Rheinland craft. ZA appears to be shooting AFK'ers and all sorts without any engagement notice. Cut it out, because we're not doing it and ain't going to start.
Plus a Cruise Disruptor is not an engagement notice! I've told everyone in ZA this so far...
Plus turn your wiki into less of a trollpage and look at the Rp reasons the war started; your stations blocked Consensus shipping, you were experimenting with nomad remains, and you declared war on Phoenix, not that "The AI's were faulty washing machine excuses".
