I think this needs no comment. But its enough to let everyone make a picture about you. If you want to provoke people make it in TBH topics then, its your faction, but this one, on the other hand, is not.

Both of you stfu and let me voice my opinion...
now... i enjoy rping with the Congress even if ive only had a few times to do so, since you dont see many down hoikkaido, and they are always welcome aswell.
They are generally a nice bunch ( ive only met a few) and when i first started one of them helped me to get started up, i even at one point thought about joining... im still not sure if i want to or not, but all thumbs up for me.

Please keep comments here "on topic"--this is a faction creation request thread.
Our faction has one Talarca which was obtained during the first proposal by negotiating with NovaPG through a GC member (I think before they carried the tag).
The Harvester version is not "suitable for human operation"--their ships are extruded as a nano-fabrication process and do not provide human operating stations.
That said, there are two avenues for Talarca acquisition--through a Dragon group at Mito Shipyards or through a brokerage deal with a connected character.
I doubt you will see many Talarcas unless we strike a firm accord for export of them from the Blood Dragons. We can easily obtain the Pirate cruisers so they aren't essential--but for Rp they are certainly allowbale in some cases--on a case by case examination.
Also, Talarcas have been the "generic cruiser" here for some time for many players. Not saying it should be but it has been.
As we already had one righfully purchased Talarca and I had planned to retire it, I informed our member to go ahead and use his and I would retire ours.
In essence, an in character transfer of a previously, rightly acquired ship. If any other member wants one, they will have to send the rp to me and for consideration. Talarcas will generally have to be purchased through an active Blood Dragon group.
