In the title I have used for my report is a name of a ship.A ship that I caught smuggling counterfeit software in big amount....He was using the ship E78-12"Spartial"..the Civilian deep space explorer...After few warnings to stop ,since he is commiting crime in Rheinland,smuggler refused to stop and execute orders given to him ...Therefor captain of Powermix1(EXE) was intercepted ,and put out of action.,,,It is yet unknown was he alone ,since I was chasing him his potential partner escaped...If somehow Powermix1 is to return to Rheinland I would insist on him being watched over by some of our agents or federal polizei....There may be much more then just counterfeit software....But with much hope ,we wont see him in Rheinland smuggling again...Now the evidence of event are sorted below ,it was the best I could to ....since it was a race.

Core supported expedition


After some time spend in Omicron Delta ,trying to find nomad home system was failed.Then I ran into a Core gunboat captain named Tood,Tood said there is something in Omicron Minior that leads to their "home system"..After hours of flying in Omicron Minior ,we reached out from green nebula that was mostly the scape of the Minior system...Behind nebula we saw few inactive ,which was later confirmed to be tradelanes.They led us to a jumpgate structure at coordinates 3/F...After finding alien structure ,we agreed to go in together and tempt our luck with what lies on the otherside...Once we entered ,we spoted some sort of satelites that are actually weapon platform ,they seem to be harmless ,but cruise disrupting as well ,so entering this system with a battleship who is yet not cloaked ,it is most likely suicide.....Entrence seemed silent so we decided to go deeper.On the same entrence we spoted two nebulas ,positioned left to us ,and right to us.Right to us is a purple nebula ,left the blue...We decided to take on purple nebula first ,see what is in there ,but in the middle of our path we were cut by a nomad "gunboat patrol"....Lucky we dodged them since once they spoted us we were already in nebula ....Yet again nebula itself seemd silent ,until we reached a ...construction which seemed to have an entrence gate similar structure as jumpgate from Omicron Minior ....Around that base we have spoted several things such as a nomad powerplant ,scanner showen massive energy near it...Next thing we saw was battleship-building stations ,like once we had in dark times of Rheinland ,just seem to be more advanced technology..Of course base is guarded with weapon platforms ,but we have not been able to spot any active big ships nearby...Our next checkpoint was to get deep in other "left" blue nebula ,which we did with some hard time ,with Tood it was quite amazing how he got rid of their cruiser sized unit...Arriving at middle of blue nebula ,we spoted another base.It looked like a big shipyard with parts of human technology......Also there were building a battleship sized units ,also some human gunboats ,which make me think that the entire shipyard is build by the help of the infected...While i was scaning this shipyard Tood was watching my back and also taking evidence for himself...Then we decided that we spent too much time in to us unknown system and turned back for the sake of both safety...On our way back nomad raised more units and it is most likly that we have been noticed...The most funny part was ,once we exited nomad world to Omicron Minior ,we were welcomed by two Order cruiser and battleship sized unit and one human in a fighter so I was forced to get back in nomad world and cloak ...After doing that I passed trough Order blockade and reached for Omicron Rho jumphole ,somehow Tood escaped them ,and he helped me reach the jumphole ....After that we met at Alabama shipyard where he gave me two nomad remains and nine alien organizms that I have delivered to Shatten Research Station...Details and evidence are uploaded below..On the navigation map ,you will see red circles.They are showing the location of two bases mentioned......

Zoners Ignoring Authority


It's good to be back in Rheinland.

If I ever loose the Libertonian accent after my 2 year infiltration however, is another matter. I've gotten to stretch my wings in a Wraith again. Today was a quit day, the trade lanes were almost empty.

Then I spotted a Zoner.

This might be personal but, I've quite trusted them. Anyone that feels the need to avoid house space is hiding something, so I asked the Zoner to halt for a routine inspection. He refused, I explained to him the Gravitas of ignoring an Order from an Officer of Rheinland.

In shorthand, his response will be summarized as: Too Bad

He then entered the Omega-11 System, even more questionable, whereupon I was able to apprehend him, with superior cruise speed. Scanning his cargo I found trade lane parts, my suspicious is he was shipping them to a Hessian base in the system.

I diverted him back to New Berlin, and had him dock on Bonn Station, where he'll be more thoroughly questioned. These Zoners need to learn to respect the law.

Additionally i briefly encountered a Corsair, though they fled from my scanners before I could intercept.

(EXE) group suspected of advanced Harris Syndrome


It all started with a routine patrol with Special Agent Lichthammer. We encountered a base being IFF'ed with EnemiesXtremE(EXE) and it had seemed rather familiar to the very hostile group we encountered earlier thats known the be part of a reserve military wing. Checking on the lawful database had me note that its name didn't even appear, We then tried to dock onto the base to investigate but without any luck, It had denied us access. We continued on our patrol and found a Pilot whos ship shared the IFF tag similar to the base. We rolled the dice and he easily spilled the beans on who the base belonged to. He also confined that the base wasn't registered on our lawful database and consistently insulted officers.

The target seemed to be under advanced Harris syndrome and didn't seem to respond very well to Halt orders given by me and Special Agent Lichthammer. But in the height of the conflict, we were attacked by (EXE) gunship reinforcements. But under the engagement, we assured those reinforcements were nothing but space dust after that. We later encountered another vessel under the name "Bravestarr" that seems to be tied to the (EXE) group, evidence also confirmed this as he docked on the (EXE) base near Alster. I've contacted the Bundestag and cleared ourselves for the operation to ensure the Harris syndrome doesn't spread to other individuals by removing the installation that it seems to fester from. This group are highly dangerous... I suggest a total clean up of these individuals.

Ship of unknown classification captured


Well, if it’s something to report back onto, it’s got to be this. Generally, I felt that the Buro seems to have its foot stuck in something ridiculous most of the time and barely gets out with even a spec of gold in return. This time we went into a coal shaft and got diamonds instead.
This report will compile from start to finish the situation we encountered. Staff Major Finn Haast of the MND secondary was positioned within the Hamburg system on traffic and system monitoring operations alongside the Federal police. He’d contacted me that packet tracers and concealed equipment in navigation buoys had picked up an increasing amount of communication traffic in the area of the Koeln jumphole from unencrypted transmissions from Unioner vessels. By pinpointing the origins of activated bouys Obviously we used those to trace back what seemed like a massive superstructure of a mobile ship.

I’d immediately contacted the Kommissarant department to assist me with the investigation of this vessel. After what felt like an eternity of trying to find the vessel, we found the vessel had managed to limp itself into the Koeln system. At that point I’d contacted Staff Major Finn Haast to secure its last known location, it took a few days but the Staff Major managed to board the vessel with his strike team when their vessel . What he found were dead crew, dead drones, fried equipment and an active control computer core that had managed to secure the ship on a boarding protocol when they gained access to the bridge. With my heavy strike team securing the area, I sent in my partner in to try to secure the computer system and shut down its security system and override the ships controls. Through climbing through what was a screwed up airlock control system and cramped corridors, she managed to reach the central control core. It almost looked like the security drones had died from just lack of maintenance and care, only a few were active and armed, although those were quickly dispatched by operative Zealous Epsilon. She then proceeded to dismantle the security system and clear the way for Haast’s men to assume control of the ship.
After we managed to covertly reposition the ship back to Schattens dockyard, what we thought was a ship falling apart from years of disrepair and environmental damage looked at least 10 times to what we predicted. The classification of the ship is unidentifiable and the design looks completely custom. We’re trying to at reverse engineer whats even working or can be repaired and attempting to adapt the rest on the equipment that we’re able to spare. The armour has buckled and become un-space worthy, the stealth attributes are heavily damaged and I feel as if the classified research following project Ghost Veil is not yet viable to install on the ship until testing has passed. The weapons systems need a total rework to fit with our weapon types, something that can be quickly fitted with supplies from DHC and Republican. Engines systems seem nominal and already in good shape regardless of its long period of a dormant maintenance cycle. But that Computer core still worries me… I’m going to go over its systems later, maybe it’s something we can use on the Spectre Project.

Artifact Smugglers Passing through Rheinland


During a routine BDM patrol, two smugglers were encountered carrying full transports of Artifacts. One was encountered by the Direktor in the New Berlin system at the Dresden Jump Gate. Upon arriving at the scene, there was one transport outside the gate that had been stopped by the Direktor and the commander of the U-294 and was being interrogated. After a couple of minutes, I requested permission to continue my patrol, of which it was granted. It was not long before things got heated, however, as from the moment I entered the Dresden system, I saw a smuggler, it can be assumed he was with the guy on the other side, who quickly ran at the sight of me.

It was a long chase but I caught him, after a long long talk I managed to force him to drop the cargo and have it destroyed. After that me and the Spezialagent retruned to the Direktor to finish up with the first smuggler. That concludes the details and events of my patrol.

Sigma-13 investigation (and threatening contact)


I deployed for a short range search into the Sigma-13 system along with Spezialagent Lichthammer to investigate a local anomaly. Our search was brief and unfortunately inconclusive, however the investigation toook a turn for the bizarre not long after I entered the Sigma-13 system! In the only noteworthy occurrence of the patrol, I was verbally accosted and threatened by an unknown ship licensed as the "PTMC-Vertigo-1" claiming to have undisputed jurisdiction over all cloaking technology over long range comms. The pilot stated what I conclude to be threats of violence based on my possession of technology and furthermore extended the threat to the entirety of Rhienland sovereign ships.

The subject appears to be mentally unstable and fixated on some sort of entity "beyond understanding". Based on previous experience in the police force dealing with dangerous persons such as this, I wish to make a professional suggestion that effort is made to apprehend or otherwise neutralize this rogue pilot. While normally threats from the populace are harmless, the criminally insane cannot be predicted or be trusted with their own well being -- or the well being of those around them.

Unfortunately I made no scanner or visual contact with the pilot in question, however reports from local GMG authorities suggest this is a Freelancer pilot in the cockpit of a gunboat class vessel.

Special Assignment - Finalization Report


This Karen Eisner, submitting my report for the secret supply mission of Battlegroup Harmony. My mission was successful and the Lane Hackers at Cochrane Depot have been given the supplies for Battlegroup Harmony. During the mission, there were only two minor issues. One issue was that a member of the RFP discovered my undercover transport when I was withdrawing to Liberty with the contraband on board. Thankfully the officer of the law was quite understanding and simple confiscated the goods and issued a fine without actually registering any permanent note, to my knowledge.

The other thing is not too negative. When delivering the supplies, I mixed up the forms and delivered more armaments than needed. The extra cargo, along with the fine, was paid with my own money to save the Buro trouble. I've attached all cargo records below.

Supplies Shipped to Allies, Bundschuh Interuptions


Under orders from the Oberkommando, yesterday I started out on a trip to start bringing supplies to the Outcasts, in exchange for support against the Corsairs and with Cryo-organisms to bring back to New Berlin. The initial trip there was uneventful, although some of the Outcasts were somewhat.... displeased with my appearance in their home territory. However, they let me pass, and soon I made it to the drop off point. Unfortunately, the base seemed to be running on low-maintenance mode, and I had to wait for a station administrator to come and oversee the delivery. With that done, I quickly loaded back up and headed out to return to Rheinland. I decided to try and see how the route would be, going through Omicron Xi. By hiding along the edges of the Aegean nebulae, I was able to mask most of my emission signals, and made it the Munich jumphole with ease. It was in Munich, outside Planet Nuremberg that I saw a local Bundschuh, trying to spread their propaganda. They insisted I stop and drop my cargo, but trusting in the sturdy Uruz I was piloting, I stayed my course. I made it to Passau outpost, and was on my way to the Frankfurt gate, when they ambushed me. more Bundschuh, no doubt called into action by their accomplice at Nuremberg, had cut the lane. I was able to fight 2 of them off before making it through the gate, but the first one must have been a more veteran flier, and seeing how ineffective their attacks were, retreated into the Tannusfield. From there, the rest of the flight was easy, and I made the delivery to New Berlin without further interruptions.

Libertian intruder


I was returning from Omicron Rho ,I decided to do some border patrol in the system ,and near Sigma-21 jumphole I have encountered a lone Liberty Navy unit called the_joker...As I saw him on radar he was runing towards Freeport ...I tried to chase him ,and warn him of what he is doing ,but he refused to halt or cooperate ,he just docked on the Freeport.Unit was using Liberty "Upholder" Bomber Li-117...I hope high command is interested in this report ,since we had roumors about foregin intellegence infiltration..I will remain in Sigma-15 in case he tries to slip away...
