I played Warhammer online with a Warrior Priest named Hawty.

Epeen moment if you can find the "your nemisis" "favorite person" threads i got mentioned a lot. However i honestly found the game being nothing more then a glorified WoW battleground. I was an arena fan in WoW, massive fights might take a lot of coordination, but they are seriously lacking in the need for skill, so the game died out on me. Everything was "OKAY ALL 100 of us RUSH!!!!!!" Then WAR's crappy servers drop like 30 people from each side lol.

I played WoW with pally, rogue, and OP druid. Im honestly being a little stubborn and not going back. Ive played a ton of mmorpgs even the f2p ones(which are all boring if you play any p2p games =/ couldnt stick to one for over 2 weeks). For anyone who hasnt played WoW's endgame content(i.e. pve 25 man raids 10man raids) that will be the reason you didnt get addicted to the game. I was an arena fan, but the pve was what made me put unreasonable amounts of hours into the game. Considering i quit after deciding i was done leading a guild cause of how time consuming it was, in which i found arena wasnt enough to keep me entertained.

I find the problem with all mmorpg's is that the fun in them only last for so long,
Wow, once you are the best lvl, you tend to not be able to do the best raids because you dont have the gear, but you need to do the raid to get the gear, and once you have done the raids and arena's there is nothing else to do, the same for almost any mmorpgs...

However i have been enjoying playing lotro, but i think it will eventually end up happening for lotro aswell.

Well i dunno, the problem is they took out the item requirments to go to SSC and TK raids....then they took out the items requirements to go to Hyjal and BT raids....which took out the "You must progress through all content" side of things, so yo had new level 70's thinking they should be able to jump right into the 25 mans and be fine regardless of gear. There were tons of kara running guilds, just no one felt like they needed to go, when in fact kara gear + badge gear was enough to easily get through TK/SSC....it took my guild over a year to clear BT starting from getting people geared in kara. I think of all games it has the most progress style content to keep people playing. They just made a mistake in opening the higher end raids to people who hadnt done the lower ones, trust me i got a TON id say 9 out of 10 apps...for my guild when we were in BT by people who had barely, if at all, cleared bosses in SSC/TK.

Then the problem is any mmorpg ive played post-wow hasnt had nearly enough content to keep me hooked sadly the majority of it is just a plain pvp fest which I love pvp but its not enough to keep me hooked =/. For the record im not a WoW fanboy, i dont even play it, im being stubborn.(to save my life lol)

I wanted to try LOTRO i heard it has good end game raid content, i for some reason just never got around to it....maybe ill go buy it and check it out.

I've been playing:
KoL (http://www.kingdomofloathing.com)
You're fighting The Black Knight

As you're walking down a path in the Black Forest, your way is abruptly blocked by a formidable-looking knight, dressed entirely in black armor.
"How original!" you exclaim. "I suppose this is the point at which you say 'None shall pass,' then, right?"

"No," says the Knight, "this is the point at which I be stompin' yo ass."

You get the jump on him.

The only two MMOs (paid MMOS) I would consider, and am going to play, are Star Wars : The Old Republic, an MMO version of Biowares' excellent award-winning RPG, and assuming it does get released, the currently in-development Warhammer 40,000 MMO.

I don't do MMOs. They just look all the same to me.

1: Pay money
2: Create a Character
3: GRIND
4: Pay more money to...
5: GRIND MORE

Until a MMOFPS/MMOTPS (Like Tabula Rasa, only actually worth the money) comes out, I'm staying away from MMOs.

Besides, I have Discovery. It's big enough to be an MMO.
