Good point, maybe there should be more/heavier NPC patrols in the area, it IS a war zone now isn't it?
If I was involved in a war like this, as in running one of the opposing teams, I'd want as many assets as possible in the area, as long as my other areas of responsibility didn't fail because of it.

The battleship encounter at Kyushu is already enough. It has a static battleship and can spawn another battleship with escorts.

NPC's are terrible for gameplay and need to be deleted completely.
