I think that Freelancers should be able to collect bounties as well, but only if they are on the lawful side of things.....
Also, any class of ship can be used to collect bounties, unless otherwise stated by the poster.

if you are....all i've seen from so many players in this mod is that they're all delicate little flowers. i dont see how pvp murder and RP are mutually exclusive...especially if we're pirates jumping people who are running trade routes FORTY FEET IN FRONT OF ONE OF OUR BASES. it's not like we're just killing everyone, we've been getting paid, getting cargo, making deals with clans / factions.
just doesn't seem right that people can run cargo right through our nest and then everyone complains that we're taxing them.

Freelance ID states and I quote "Freelancer ID grants its owner right to participate in all kinds of lawful and unlawful activities, fullfil bounty contracts and trade."
You better keep Freelance ID on there or a certain faction will be very, very pissed off. Namely, the BOUNTY HUNTER ONE THAT USES FREELANCER ID BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PART OF THE BOUNTY HUNTER'S GUILD.

Updated first post to account for lawful factions with an ID and agenda that allows for bounty hunting.
Freelancer ID isn't the only ID that allows bounty hunting. Lane Hacker and Junkers ID are two others that I know of.
