Dunno what to say. didn't vote. In a perfect world any admin contacted should resolve your problem either by transferring you to someone else, or by dealing with the issue himself.
Beyond that I still retain my feeling that it's not so important for community to respect an admin if he's doing his job right.

I reckon an Admin should be respected if they are doing their job right, it's not an easy job to do.
What if they get a sanction that is one of their friends on server? Do they pass it on and hope that the punishment isn't too harsh or deal with it themselves and take the chance of being accused of favoritism?
You couldn't pay me to be an Admin.
Respect, it's a small price to pay for a good Admin team.

Eh, I don't see the big deal. Sombody is always most popular. Somebody is always least popular. Who gets what depends on how the public feels about them that day and can change in a second. It really means nothing and has no bearing on how well they are doing thier job. I doubt that they care overly much about how popular thier admin personas are.
