I won't say if your guesses are right.
But I strongly encourage everyone to try to pinpoint all the new things in the teaser. I think almost every scene has something new in it.

Yeah, this video is really nice. The only problem is that it's only theme-related to the mod itself.
There are lots of videos with great scenes rendered in 3d software. And you can do such videos without even seeing the alpha version. But still - this video was meant to show as much of the new stuff as possible.
