I was speaking of the stupid situation created by the new Pirate ID vs the old Pirate ID. I was not referring to you or any other person when I said stupid. Sorry for the offense. It wasn't intended.

I only ask as your attempt at a fix could be circumvented by terrorists using pirate faction ids, like Rogue, Xeno, Outcast etc....

No changes are intended for unlawful IDs. If players wish to utilize the unlawful faction ID instead, that would be awesome. Something tells me they won't though.

Just an idea - which includes sadly more work:
Granting the Pirate ID requires some RP forum write up.

In my opinion the Pirate ID requires a higher level of roleplay that a pirate faction ID.

But this will still not prevent particular players from abusing stuff.
In fact these particular players are the problem not any IDs or rules.

That's the thing. It does actually matter. House unlawful factions are (or were) far less common in the houses than random independent pirates.

Yes, and so they were when the old ID was in effect. There were more Rogues and Outcasts than indie pirates in Liberty for as long as I can remember.


Soon there'll be no rules violations at all, because there'll be noone left to play the game. Then everything will be just perfect, I guess.
