I'm fine with that and don't mind. I'd really like to see more lefties to blast with my righties.

Yeah that would be realy intense and would get Omegas some real activity.

I wanted to make my own thread, but then I've found this. This issue did not lose its actuality, Coalition indie ID is still written in a strange way and need to be fixed.

Bump.

Gravedig is bad and the Coalition ID proposed in OP sounds like another washed down Terrorist ID. Nty

This was discussed in the mod chat. Still a valid topic = still a valid thread. We're letting it stay open for now.

It really disappoints me that this attitude has become so prolific since the end of .85. Yes, its an ID whose gameplay involves flying around killing people. That's a huge part of the Coalition's roleplay. Not the only part, by far, but a big part of it. There isn't anything wrong with people shooting other people. PvP does not equate to an absence of roleplay.

You just saying 'nope'? >.> I am reading OP again and please be honest, even with the Cruiser line included it's still way worse than the Outcast ID for example.

Not to mention, the Order ID is very similar to proposed ID at I don't hear anything about it being abused.

I think it's an incredibly good idea that should have happened ages ago. SCRA isn't active enough to warrant restricting the indie ID like this. To the point where UN has only ran into SCRA to shoot,RP with, whatever, on any ship, twice?

Let me put it like this: I'd make a Coalition character and log it, if the ID was trans-Sirian again. It'd still be worse than outcast ID, as pointed above.

Exactly

While I wholeheartedly agree that this is okay, there's 1 part I don't agree with and that is the ability to engage transports sirius-wide without a demand, which the current SCRA ID enjoys. Perhaps limit it to the Omegas only or remove it altogether and introduce standard piracy lines against transports, but being flat out allowed to l1 l2 kill them anywhere you want seems wrong. For instance, I got no-demand engaged on my 5k in Nagano a few days ago by an official SCRA. If this happened in the Omegas I wouldn't mind, but Nagano? Nagano, which is probably the most distant point from Omega-55, and where if anything SCRA should be guests or at most be shooting non-transports, not transports themselves, and not without a demand.

Fair, I glossed over that point. Although its a bit of a weird situation considering the SCRA's primary ideology is anti corporate, so limiting indies to only engaging military targets is a little odd.
