i noticed one typo here:
"Helium-3, Pennsylvania System, Charlie 5
Helium-3, Sigma-13 System, Golf 5"
there is a 3 on the helium of penn,
also one question ... why the civilian ferry, the "Democritus" class yachts as it is said on wiki, works as a miner? why?! it is a liner or this case one yacht. also why not the borderworld armored transport? yeahh that's more than one question i know!

I found out it half works but not really worth the effort doing half a job,
she needs a buff for an extra heavy or something to finish those large rocks off,
otherwise it's back to working the streets for the lass.

Mining snubs / freighters shouldn't be completely destroying the asteroid, it's inefficient. Strip the components, grab the nodes, move on. Hegemons are specifically built for heavy duty strip-mining and get a larger bonus on the destruction of the asteroid core.

Missiles are very good at whittling down the HP pool of the asteroids, but finishing the rock is probably still not worth it. A Hegemon plus a snub can mine very quickly though. The snub can mount something like Cannonballs or Sunslayers to crack the asteroids. It flies ahead of the Hegemon, cracks an asteroid, mines all the nodes and then the Hegemon just tractors the loot, maybe takes out one or two nodes and finishes the asteroid off. In my experience this is quicker than two Hegemons mining independently, though you obviously need shuttling transports (two per mining duo) to make it worthwhile.

Here is my guide on how to mine osmium.
Expect to do 1k-2k and hour. (It's a bit based on luck)
Current record is own by Chocola 38 min 2k.

The hardest part is learning flight with the singularity pulling at you,
mouse scroll seems to be the way to stay steady without using the goto option
as you need to fly around the sides of the rock to shoot the important nodes.
