It's relatively simple.
Zoners are currently allowing Corsairs to live on Gran Canaria and to allow Corsairs free transit throughout the Omega's, while giving them places to land and resupply.
The Zoners are supplying the enemies of Bretonia with both safe homes and also supplies with which to attack Bretonia with.
Now why exactly would the QCP, a bunch of ex-government sanctioned patriots specifically created to pirate, disrupt and destroy the enemies of Bretonia, NOT attack the Zoners?

I think because they dont want to be fighting on two fronts, one which the zoners might stand a chance in, seeing as bretonia cant move her forces from leeds and tau 31 for fear of defeat.

You act as if we claim the Omegas. We don't. If you want to talk to someone who does, talk to a Corsair with an OPG tag.
And how you forget, we have a good many Bretonians living on Canaria as well. But I guess you would tell me that fact is irrelevant.

Then where do they resupply and repair their ships? Junker bases?
Plus with the order now seding part of their fleet into o49, i dont know how in RP, a bunch of rag-tag militia pirates could go up against one of the most advanced and powerful fleets in sirius.
It just doesnt add up.

I do apologise, I didn't know that was the case.
No matter if it is though, it doesn't change things. The Zoners are supplying Bretonia's enemies but also helping Bretonian people too. It falls to the QCP to choose which is better or worse. No one can make that choice for them - A choice that would be hard to make inRP.
In terms of re-supplying I'd say Junker bases and Bretonian bases unnofficially. Bretonians would still like the QCP and secretly support them after all.
About attacking the Zoners. Well, that's the idea. A small group that is too mobile and well..small to grab ahold of is perfect against the Zoners, for Bretonia anyway. These QCP folk can disrupt the Zoner's supplies to the Corsairs (Which they must know about, there are Bretonians living on Gran Canaria after all) and so help Bretonia but yet remain simply a harrassment force. Sending in a fleet would start a full war with the Zoners and not only would that fleet be too small to win but it would both drag Bretonia into another war on another front but also lose that fleet to the Zoners.
