Well sir, it's not as clear as I'd like, but here is a list of Kusari and Rheinland ships I have destroyed/assisted in destroying:

An ALG heavy mover trying to break the embargo, to get Bretonian ore to Rheinland. This was no franchisee or subcontracter either, a full time employee. I think you might like to have a speak with ALG about this, though not that captain obviously.

A Dauman miner in Omega 7

Assisted in the hunt and destruction of a BDM GB

Chased a BDM GB from leeds to california, and there destroyed it along with rogues and hackers

Assisted in the destruction of a BDM gunboat in Leeds.

I also destroyed an RNC GB alongside a Hessian cruiser, and have assisted the BAF and BPA in several hunter-killer operations on kusari GBs in Leeds, Dublin, and New London, several successful, aswel as rending general assistance. Although my recorder was broken at that time.

So, that is all I have for now sir, is it enough?

But wait, there's more!

I destroyed an ALG ship that was disguised as a bounty hunter, and was trying to sneak into Bretonian space. However I was shortly after attacked by bolo[RH] a red hessian, showing that they are not on our side, or the RHA cant control its men.

I also destroyed a Republican ore transport. A nearby DSE transport scooped up the ore and made off with it, hopefully engendering a bit of good feeling between us and our Libertonian allies.

Sadly my third case reveals treachery; I caught a hegemon trying to transport ore across the blockade to Omega 7, however even worse it was a BMM ship! He claimed to not know about the embargo, but dont believe it. When I pressed the issue, he tried to bribe me to let him past, Me! I called in the BPA, and stood guard, but when the Metropolitan tried to arrest him, he ran to O7. Luckily I had forseen this move, and as soon as the Metro came in scanner range I jumped to O7, so I was waiting for him, and pursued him back through the gate and destroyed his ship. However, he was being escorted by a kusarian merc named YS|Yamato.something who not only tried to abet him in breaking the embargo, but also threatened to Invade Bretonia, before making off with the miner's escape pod!
If I were you sir, I'd blacklist them both, but nevertheless, the ore was stopped and recovered. If you want more details, I'm sure the BPA would be happy to provide them.

Finally, showing yet again that the Hessians cant be trusted, after Casey and I destroyed a Junker supplying Rheinland with ore, we were attacked by a hessian GB named Orizi. Sir if we are to operate behind enemy lines, I would appreciate you getting the Hessians sorted out! Are they friend or foe?!

Since last I requested the ordenance situations have changed, we've become allies in a war against the Rheinland Idiocrocy. While at the same time a Kusari attack on one of our fleets has pushed us into a tentative, Hostility-bordering relationship.

It seems you didn't realize that the war with Rheinland has come to an end already, that we are in a state of ceize fire, just awaiting a formal peace treaty to be signed. While Bretonia appreciates your attitude towards corsairs and other pirates, we have to handle your views about Rheinland with care. Bretonia is not willing to risk another conflict, and so won't do exactly this by handing out military equipment to persons with an attitude that Bretonia can not fully support.
